  1. Yup, they phoned me, told me exactly that. I phoned my mates who I am moving with and we have decided on the Gallowgate, so I phoned them back and we have been moved to there. She says that she has just started phoning people, and isn't looking forward to the reactions she will get. She knows people are going to be very pissed off. I hope people remember this when 'She' calls. It wasn't 'her' decision, so I hope people keep their emotions in check and don't vent out on the poor lass on the other end of the phone. That's far too sensible. I'm going to call her a cunt and make her cry.
  2. No, although that doesn't make it any less disgraceful that they've tagged everyone a long and said it'll all be fine.
  3. I thought it was Triple S nowadays?
  4. What are people saying to the box office when they get 'the call' and more importantly what are they saying to us? Is it "sorry you can't sit in L4 k thx bi xxx" or are they telling us to pick somewhere else? When the call me I'm tempted to demand I be allowed down to the box office to pick my seat myself. I'm not letting those mouthbreathers put me somewhere.
  5. I think the problem is the acoustics rather than any lack of noise. Aye, that as well. Just a pet peeve I have when groups of fans think they provide the majority of atmosphere in the game. You'll not be happy to hear that I personally acount for 61% of the noise that comes from L7 then.
  6. I think the problem is the acoustics rather than any lack of noise. I'm not so sure, been some times when sound has been cracking from up there, West Brom is a good example but plenty more when the noise is as loud everywhere else in the stadium. That's not the point though the point is the club is pissing around it's fans, plain and simple. You're right, but the height of Level 7 means that the noise will tend to drift over the East Stand and Gallowgate more than it would if the ground was a classic bowl shape.
  7. Hold on, weren't you the one having 'postive' meetings with Simon Esland? Peasepud over on Toontastic was the first to warn everyone this was the plan.
  8. I think the problem is the acoustics rather than any lack of noise.
  9. The fact that McKay has said that he's been approached by clubs regarding the Barton situation tells you all you need to know about his motives. If it was simply about not wanting to be here, or the fact he was unhappy with the ambition we've shown or the fact he disliked the owners (and who doesn't?) then he'd have went silently into the night. It's about cold hard cash.
  10. I think Nolan's impact off the pitch means he's worth having around. He's a good club captain.
  11. Aye. My reading of the situation is we've offered him a deal in January, he's stalled hoping to worry the club into adding a year or two onto it but we've not budged and this has upset McKay who is now coming out with a lot of stuff which we know to be complete bollocks.
  12. Mort was Ashley's solicitor/pal but he was affable and communicative. Llambias just comes across as a first class cunt. Behind the scenes I think both had/have little impact and Ashley set the agenda.
  13. I wouldnt say Campbell and Kuqi were good players Thinking more in the line of Carroll and Enrique.
  14. It's your duty to pester the cunt until he buys us.
  15. The problem is that if what McKay says is correct there's nee chance the club will let him run down his contract. They'll flog him now and save the £68,000 a week which means on top of two strikers and in all probability a left back we now have to find not one but midfielders. I can't see us bringing in 5 players this summer regardless of outgoings.
  16. The club have denied they've made a bid
  17. If Gameiro does sign for us it'll be my crepes and slags tweet that swung it. And yes I'll be taking all the credit.
  18. Aye, and we know how that ended. Thought Modric's wife wanted to live in London? Unless Wise started to tell her how class London was. The story I've heard is that we had the deal more or less done but since the club was being ran from London we dragged him and his agent down their to finalise the transfer. The club left him at Grosvenor House hotel overnight so his agent chanced his arm by contacting some clubs in London and he fucked off to talk to Spurs. Haha the story I heard was he was shown around the training ground, shown around the Stadium and he loved it, but his Wife didn't like Newcastle (the city) and wanted to live in Newcastle. Suppose it doesn't matter now as that was years ago. Still a cracking player though, too good for us or Tottenham really. I heard that exact story from a journalist about Pablo Aimar. Him and his wife had a stand up argument in front of Ashley and Wise because she didn't want to move to Newcastle
