We need a striker, fact. We don't have much money, fact. There are not many available, fact. Collins John is and within our budget. Why not? "Because he's shite"? In case it has escaped peoples minds - we only have one fit goalscorer at the club and are desperate. No risk signing in my opinion = makes perfect sense. See Sniffers post. If he was that good why would they let him go for a tiny amount such as £2million? Is it because his attitude stinks?
-
He has got all the attributes to be a class player but i've heard that he's lazier than Dame Thora Hird in training.
-
I don't even remember him being any good a few years ago tbh. Was pretty shit on Saturday. He was solid when he first went to Birmingham. Seems he had a case of Jenasitis though - one good season, shite the rest.
-
I love the fact that people are mentioning Upson on the back of his form a few seasons ago. Anyone who has seen him recently in the Championship wouldn't go near him.
-
This is just as bad as the Henry to Liverpool rumour.
-
I love the fact that Toon Taylor is blaming the fans for squashing in rather than the Polis who allowed it to happen  Fucking moron.
-
I agree, but http://www.newcastle-online.com/nufcforum/index.php/topic,34840.20.html Bollocks. He's not class, he's average.

Parkers game amounts to tackle, turn on the ball, lose the ball. The team plays much better when he isn't in it, that is a fact. Just because some numpty at OPTA saw he made 25 tackles isn't vindication for me. He's still vastly overrated by alot of people and certainly isn't one of our most important players.

not something leaked by one of the buying parties to try and put an under pressure board under more pressure. "oh my a piece of nufc news, how can i look at this in a negative way with absolutly no evidence" bet you thought the rooney bid was a lie eh? Not looking at it in a negative way, i'm using common sense. Something which you lack, fuckwit. problem with common sense is it's not very common yet everyone thinks they have it. thanx for the name calling hurt me soooo much and wasn't witty. Never attempted to be witty, just honest. Don't know what you expected. You jumped on a completely innocent comment by me and read it completely out of context. I really can't see how what I said was negative, you care to explain? how's it a completly innocent comment.you suggest they are acting illegally(put that in print and they could sue),like many on here you appear to look for the negative.in what context did you mean it? How's it illegal for a 'source' at the club to tell a Journalist something in the hope they'll print it and drive the share price up hence getting more money for it. Stuff like that happens all the time. I really don't get how it's considered illegal. It's f***ing worked aswell as share prices went up by 8% this morning after this article was published. I wasn't using it in a negative context, it wasn't meant to be an attack on Freddy it was merely an outsider commenting on what he thought was going on. The Daily Mail *spits* is usually fairly spot on with it's sports coverage so they've obviously got wind of something happening. The fact they've quoted exact figures aswell leads me to believe they've been told something which later turned out to be bollocks. It's not in the intrests of any of the consortiums to tell the press shite like that so that leads me to believe it was someone from the club. i beleive it's illegal in that they would have agreed a deal like that without informing the stockmarket .opening themselves up to all sorts of legal problems like insider dealing. Shirley if someone bought the club outright insider dealing would matter not as they would be on their way to owning 100%?

Info leaked by the club to try and drive the share price up and get more cash out of the intrested parties. It's a case of when Fat Fred leaves rather than if, by the looks of it.

Shepherd plans Toon takeover - Doesn't make for pretty reading
David Icke - Son of God replied to JH's topic in Football
Shepherd is either seriously deluded or trying to force Belgravia into making a move. Either way I can't see him coming out on top. -
Smith was one of the players he had a go at during his MUTV interview.
-
On his way up here tbh.
-
He's made too many errors therefore I couldn't trust him even if he did come crawling on his hands and knees telling us he's changed. Also, he wouldn't even dream of playing the role of a normal chairman after now. He loves the fact he can run his mouth off and the media will listen, the fact he can buy who he wants and not the manager... Oot with the cunt.
-
I was going to say order loads of takeaways to his house but the fat cunt would probably eat them.
-
Freddy wasn't out of the country on Saturday at all!
David Icke - Son of God replied to a topic in Football
Lies. All lies. -
No, certainly not. Far too much of a dire position to be hoping we get beat. Daft question anyway. If we lose then he'll get the sack, if we win and he pulls us out of the shit then why would I want him to go?

Newcastle United V Sheffield United - Post Match Thoughts.
David Icke - Son of God replied to BlufPurdi's topic in Football
I agree I agree but that wont immediately improve performances on the pitch which is what we need. Lets face it, if we don't we're fucked. -
That's the type of attitude that gets on my nipple ends.
