There is a debate because IMO, RVP has been the best player in the league this season. But if thats how you feel fair enough RVP for the best team in the league vs Suarez single handedly carrying Liverpool? Take Suarez out of Liverpool and they'd be below us. Take out RVP's goals and assists and Man Utd would be in midtable. But Man United would stick someone else in there, with their squad depth. Who would Liverpool play? It's not about the squads and team around you though, is it? If you're taking about the best player, then it's about individual performances. And, for me, RVP has been different class.
