  1. As a back-up striker, he's done quite well. But I still think he should go in the summer.

  7. Good explanation, shit face.
  8. same, agreed, it was ronaldo who said that 2001 RVN was probably the better goalscorer at the stage mind I know, I quoted him initially. I don't what the pair of you have been sucking on, but I most certainly didn't say that. Err, you most certainly did.
  9. After the match Pardew said this is where the serious stuff starts now, as far as the Carling Cup is concerned.

  13. Shame. I was enjoying watching Inter.
  14. In terms of getting different kind of goals, he was. I don't think he's ever scored from outside the box for Man Utd..... maybe just the one against Charlton in his last season, but don't quite remember if it was just inside or outside. I remember his scoring a great solo goal against Fulham, though. He takes his goals well, no doubt about it, but not sure about his effectiveness outside the danger area. he had a very good all round approach play game though, he contributed a lot to their play - what i mean is you make him sound like he stood on the 18 yard line his entire career He had a good approach play yeah, but I don't think it was "far better" than Shearer's. In fact, Shearer's was better, imo.

  16. A one dimensional striker who could score goals from inside the box. Hmmm...
  17. And he probably would never have had that injury in 97 anyway.
  18. Will be recording this match and will watch it later. (assuming we manage to watch our match tonight. )
