Seven million is fucking peanuts in today's Premier League, that's why you'll struggle to get a decent Championship player with it. They've just massively ramped up the tv money and we're still meant to celebrate wasting our pre-season by trying to haggle.

Well we would wouldn't we, we can see what Pardews serves up is not working. I realise it a futile thing to wonder why but what is it about him that he can't see the problems. How can he not notice the awful football, the poor players he puts out, set pieces (nuff said), a system and tactic that's completely unsuited to the players he has. Is it arrogance, ego or is it just that he's completely useless ?. Maybe it's a bit of all three. I don't know but it's so easy to see where the problems in our play and tactics are it's ridiculous, In fact the problem really is just him now, As he can't see the glaringly obvious, that someone with an ounce of football noggin can. Obviously I agree bimpy but when he wasn't sacked at the end of the season, I went past the point of getting myself worked up about it. That might change when the season begins but what's the point? The bloke is hilariously out of his depth and the best we can hope for is that he gets the bullet before his seven remaining years are up.

Obviously he's going to play the same way. That's the way Pardew's teams play. Bizarre to see some shouting for change of method. It's not going to happen.
