The club will go dark for a couple of months, if Bentiez disappears. They did it last time. We will end up with Kinnear in charge, just before the start of the new season.
  2. KK on the money as always. Was arguing with some twat on the Total Sport FB page earlier - had a right pop at Keegan and was bigging up Ashley. He blocked me when I asked if he worked for NUFC or Keith Bishop! These people are out there.
  3. Shocking. Then again, he's a Man United fan and also remember who is big boss is at Sky. Yes - Rupert Murdoch who also owns The Sun.
  4. RIP to those that lost their lives.
  5. Man United 2-1 Martial with his 2nd.
  6. What's the price the West Ham knackers rioting at full time and going after the Man United supporters?
  7. proper cockney love-in on 5Live, tonight. Talksport has apparently been bad today, too.
  8. And also worth remembering that Ashley won't give a fuck about Benitez's reputation in order to shift blame. Remember what he did to Keegan, Shearer and Jonas. The man is the devil incarnate!
  9. I'd love him to stay as have said before. 'If' he does, I will get a season ticket for my and my little girl. But as it is, I don't think NUFC will pay his wages, or that Ashley will hand him full control. If and when he leaves, Keith Bishop will launch a PR campaign to blacken the man's name, so as to deflect blame away from the club. Just fucking watch!

This. Charnley is a cunt, but he's just the front man for the owner.
  11. My little girl has asked a couple of times too and I'd love nothing more than to be able to take her along, as my dad did with me, when I was a kid. The worry is though, that they will sharp lose interest anyway, if they see players who don't care and getting battered most weeks. Kids need to see hope and ambition too, to be able to buy into the magic. It's being lost, though.
  12. One thing is, that we might see the day-trippers tail off next season, with no PL football to entice them. I remember our first home game back in the Championship, in 2009 pulling in 36000 (a 3-0 home win v Reading - Shola treble) I can see attendances dropping a lot further than that, next season - particularly if protests and boycotts are organized. That will hopefully involve the likes of .com, The Mag, True Faith, Ashleyout and The Mike Ashley Out Campaign all banding together. Hopefully the will is there.
  13. I think a lot of genuine supporters have packed in over the last 2/3/4 years. What you have left are the die-hards, those who see the match as a social experience/badge or honour, those who go merely out of habit.. The danger is here, is that Mike Ashley has damaged Newcastle's future. You tell me why any kid would want to support NUFC at the moment, when they are a laughing joke nationally, and the club treats it's own supporters with complete contempt?
  14. 'If' he stays - I will head back to St James next season and take the bairn too. He's our best shot at getting back up.

If the man had any dignity, he would resign when relegation is confirmed. As it is - I expect him to stay in place for the time being, as Ashley's human shield. The owner may still have need of him, yet.
  16. Agree in that in that getting relegated isn't Rafa's fault. It's the fault of those that have ran this club into the ground over the last few seasons (Ashley, Charnley, Moncur, Carr, Maclaren, Pardew, Carver, Stone) and numerous players. Mackems will stay up, but I still believe they will be circling the drain, next season. As for us? Who the fuck knows.
  17. Some of wor lot have been having a go at Villa fans? Pricks.
