Think Cacapa is borderline useless, but think he should be ok against Bolton since we'll be doing most of the attacking. Also, everyone deserves a second chance. I'm feeling generous. Exactly. Taylor's had more than enough after his blunders. Bah! You'd think Taylor was a 22 ( i think) year old defender coming through a club in complete turmoil, disruption, managerial changes and surrounding by shite players. I was hoping for more of a chomp. I should have left the smiley out, Decky will tell you it's rather confusing when people do that. You are just an evil bastard (no smiley) though

Thought that myself, but the loss of his weight means KK or himself is thinking LB only.

What proves it? I don't know. Does it matter? I was just taking the piss out of the drama queen aka TT Oh that's what it was, glad everyone got it.

What happened? Got kicked out the ground and ticket taken off me for standing waiting for people at the bottom of the stairs. Steward was a cunt, basically picked me up and through me out, then after i had a go at him the police took me away Got another ticket and was then taken away by the police again. They nearly broke my fuckin arms carryin me away. I am looking for somewhere to report the steward, but even after finding the head policeman, he couldn't do anything. Any advice ? Should have waited around until the match was over followed him home and gave him a right kicking. Any other method of action will prove fruitless unfortunately. Bloody Hitlers.

Bit harsh. Not for round here its not. Irony tbh. How's Owen? injured as always, costing us a fortune and not signing a new deal...next.

I'd like to see more height upfront, in the centre mid and at the back, height does matter as long as the quality is there to match it.

Yes. were not paying stupid wages for over rated players.

It is, nice one and done.

i'm hoping KK has dropped him temp since he's made a few gaffs in pre season (that's what i gather from off here mind) and it might be effecting his confidence and didn't want to risk him against Manu. We might see him against Bolton, i hope so if it gets Milner off the right wing, Jonas in his place and zoggy at LW.

http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11678_4005136,00.html Pocognoli admits English desire Belgian youngster would welcome Premier League switch By Francisco Acedo & Edwin Chong Last updated: 18th August 2008 Newcastle Betting http://img.skysports.com/08/08/218x298/SebastienPocognoli_1123532.jpg Belgian starlet Sebastien Pocognoli has admitted he would love a move to England. The 21-year-old left-sided defender is currently competing in the Olympic Games, where he has impressed for his country and helped them into the last-four. Lyon are understood to be leading the chase for the AZ Alkmaar man, who has four years left on his current contract, but reports from the continent claim Real Betis and Newcastle are also monitoring his progress. Pocognoli, valued at around €8million (£6.3million), admits he would relish the chance of playing in England or Spain. "The decision [about my future] lies with AZ, but a chance to play in England or Spain would be sensational for me," he told the Spanish press. Lee interest Should Pocognoli leave, AZ are believed to be interested in luring Lee Young-pyo back to Holland. Lee starred during his time with PSV Eindhoven, who showed an interest earlier in the year, and he is still highly regarded in Holland. AZ also maintain an interest in Blackburn's Andre Ooijer, but Paul Ince is very unlikely to let the Dutchman leave Ewood Park, especially after scored the winner in Saturday's opening game of the season at Everton.

That Chelsea fan supporting Manu or Newcastle?

Milner as AMC? His original role yes, without doubt, it needs to be tried before we sell him. I reckon its where his future lies and i've always said the same.

The fee for Owen was rumoured at £12m. Sorry like, if that was me in charge i'd be selling him asap. He's shown he's a useful player, but he's getting paid twice as much as he's worth, and is always injured and has a year left and probably will leave for nowt anyway. Sell him, bring in Saviola on loan, sounds great to me.

There's probably a few dickheads on here who are gutted he hasn't broken his ankle, guess those who doubted his injury yesterday are looking a bit like cunts now.

Play n pay contract would be a good idea. Small basic wage, huge bonuses to be had.

Harper hasn't had the chance year after year, that's not his fault and it hasn't always been down to form either. No its been down to him being shit. Not saying he's shit now, just average.
-
madness, very harsh on Harper Harper is an average goalkeeper who hit some form for once in his life while Given was suffering the worst period of his career. I'm glad we got both, but i wouldn't lose any sleep if we sold Harper. for once in his life? so 1998-2000 doesn't count where he was for the most part first choice ahead of Shay I thought he was utter shite then, much better now, but every dog has its day.
-
Given at his best isn't streets ahead of Harper at his best, the difference is minimal and they both have strengths and weaknesses. Given has had one good game, let's see him do it week after week. He's done it year after year, Harper has done it once week after week.
