I don't believe height is strictly essential, Dyer and Martins seem to work well together, aslong as we play more "football" and less "puntball" we should be alright. 1 dimensional attacking. He re-applied to take it again (pick up where he left off) and what he needs to do is have from that day 12months in a coaching job (where you have a certain amount of control & effect over the team) Then you have to be assessed for one day including a series of tests, then he'll be fully qualified. Don't know if its been said already but Pearson looks like a man not to be messed with. Maybe Mr soft needs a enforcer next to him to get the message across.
