Good salary for your average man on the street, but no way is that enough to retire on at 36, tbh. 67k pa is 3.7k net a month. That's not stratospheric by any stretch of the imagination. I suspect when you're only a 'good player' (i.e. professional standard but not Championship/PL level), you need some others skills to fall back on. There's always coaching or whatever if you're a thickie.
