Having gone through them I count 13 good (or better) managers in the PL. The rest are mostly pretty poor. If you think McClaren is a 5/10, then the 13 you've counted are probably 5.5-6+ / 10

I don't know - this is on par with the shit kit we've got right now. And the random blue striped number we had the year prior was awful in its own right. Jagged spikes at least didn't have a different color on them and the kit actually looked good on the players

Always thought what Umbro did with Man City's kits were really top-notch during their "tailored by umbro..." campaigns. http://img.uksoccershop.com/timthumb/475/images/19096.jpg This being a perfect example - with the growing amount of players wearing base layer under armour type long sleeve shirts under their kits, they created a kit that would basically be that - if you wore an under armour type base layer in black, or a long sleeve kit - you'd look the same. No break in stripes etc on the sleeves. Thought it was really cool to think like that.

I think it's hilarious that the new kit has the old logo - and clearly they didn't communicate on it or consider a rebranding with this at all. Or perhaps not released the kit lovely

It's live on their website, much better. Still a horrible sponsor obviously, but it would look better on a shirt. it does look better, and agree. awful sponsor, and shouldn't be associated with this club in its prior or historical form. Surely, surely they'll change the kit to reflect the new logo
