  1. We'd have a ridiculously talented team by even just signing Carr's little findings as well man. Remy, Ba, Ben Arfa, Cabaye, Sissoko and hell perhaps even Grenier, Cabella, and De Jong all mixing it up together. Insane amount of fun talent that would have us high up the fucking table under a proper club (owner/chairman) and manager.
  2. Is Janmaat out? ----------s*** Keeper------------- Dum - Saylor/Willo - Colo - Haidara Gouffran - Anita - Tiote - Sammy -----------Cabella---------------- -----------Perez------------------ Surely? Edit: Willo, Janmaat and Haidara Struggling? WTF
  3. Really looking forward to watching him play in MLS next season. Scoring goals and feeding through balls to David Villa. I'd like to see him play in MLS but not next season. He's still too good. Such an intelligent player he could play and score goals till he's 40. Wish Frank was coming to Orlando man
  4. What are German press / Dortmund supporters opinions about Klopp and Dortmund's insane fall in the league?
  5. Back to France...or Spain / Italy for HBA.
  6. building a team around sissoko dictates you're in for the long haul as a defensive, counter-attacking team like Not sure that's necessarily true, even if we had more possession I don't see why he wouldn't be effective. Everyone counter attacks sometimes, there are a lot of transitions in football. I'm not one of those who still questions if he can play in a team with more possession and playing further up field more frequently like some. I'm one who believes he can do it all through the middle - he just needs a good cleanup man and another ball passer or more creative player next to him. I think we just have different definitions of what building a team around a player means. Oh ya? What is yours?
  7. I'd say striker, right winger, right back and CB RW as all we have is Cabella in there for now, or dare I say Sissoko. I'm happy enough with Rolando and Sammy wide left for time being. Right back for me as I would like to find another Haidara to help be a backup for Janmaat; but I guess Santon can do that?

  9. God id love for us to sign a canny German player
  10. Me too. And just look at how Anita turned out, albeit he's not in the same bracket or position. Dutch league is a toss up. Some work some don't.
  11. I'd build a midfield around Sissoko man. Someone to do his dirty work and let him boss it everywhere else. He's terrifyingly good in this form.
  12. Above is pretty much spot on - again, he's quick decision maker, touch and pass or first time balls. He's also a threat in the air and has what I've read brilliant leadership (on field and off) abilities. Will say I love that he's big on social media and always posting about our results, shows some bit of care on his part.
  13. I rate him highly - at least from what I've seen of him at Ajax
  14. My argument for Aguero is as simple as saying "watch the PL title winning goal" case rested.
  15. I'd just call it a day and play Aguero and Suarez together and laugh my face off to titles.
  16. Aguero is natural born talent; Suarez makes up the admittedly small gap with hardwork. Wouldn't want to nor could I choose between them but they're arguably not competing for the same place if their both in the squad. Ah, the sweet, sweet comfort of the fence.
  17. I'm on board with this, ice cold veins, he's unbelievable man.
  18. Discoteque man, our boy Aguero is fucking immense man. God he's so good.
  19. Never lost faith in this fella, I knew what he could do if he was playing in the CM role and relishing being our main driving force in attack. Team needs to be built around him, he's a monster when he's running at them at full pelt - no midfield or defense can match him for pace and strength when he does that. I knew he was fast, but some of the pace he's shown through sheer power is unreal. Absolute fucking shame we didn't see him playing a CM role next to Cabaye and throwing someone like Marv in #10, HBA wide Right, Remy wide Left, and Ba/Cisse up top. Annoying/maddening as fuck that this was absolutely a possibility.
  20. He'll drop Cabella and put Sissoko on the wing, the only thing more certain is death. History says he would, but he'd be fucking mad to do it now esp after everything that has come about with him being SO good in his natural role that many of us who've watched him for ages have been saying.
  21. It would require Sissoko to be just a tad bit more disciplined in his bursts forward, which, if he's got the lungs for it - just do what he does now. Colback seems to play more withdrawn, so if he's out the team it would also require Siem to do some defensive work too as well as the wingers (as usual, and Sammy has done a hell of a job) But honestly, it would be an exciting team. From what I've seen of Siem here, and his time at Ajax - he's a 1-2 touch player, constantly moving and drifting about which will work great with Cabella IMO. Perez would flourish with Siem actually being an aerial threat too.
  22. Pardew would figure out a way to get Colbz in that system.
