  1. Mind to give more details? We wont trust 100% no worries but do have interest to know why.
  2. We need an atmosphere of spurs 5:1 again. To show the board what will happen if Rafa walks. To remind them that will be the end of Newcastle.
  3. I am not defending the fat cunt btw, just trying to analyze whats goin on there.
  4. As said in other topic, I think what has been agreed last summer was Rafa is given a budget to manage and spend. Thats the control of transfer guaranteed to Rafa and obviously this was in place last summer, or else we wouldnt see the likes of Diame, Hanley and Murphy. What makes the difference this time could be down to 1. Ashely gone back to his words and give Rafa a middle finger 2. That money has been spent already and what Rafa want this window is the extra bit which is not guaranteed and subject to Ashleys approval. Certainly both would piss Rafa off but I cant blame the fat cunt much if it is case 2 to be honest. Rafa did have to bear the responsibility of wasting money on those fringe players like gamez, lazaar, hanley and murphy. Yes the likes of Gayle Hayden Clark are great buys but Ritchie Diame are just average at best. Rafa should have had enough resources to get us promotion, and if we have to spend, we should spend on those that are still useful after promotion. The likes of Hanley are 100% deadwood next year and we still need to find ways to move them out.
  5. It looks ridiculous as an outsider. It makes sense if you purely look it in financial perspective. What if we spend all 3 windows money, which definitely has been calculated assuming we are promoted, during last summer and end up not getting promoted? As a fan certainly we are shouting for investment for better chance for promotion. As an owner you definitely would not make blind innvestment. There is agency problem man.
  6. I aint sure to be honest. It is commonly known that Ashley has promised to give Rafa total control over transfer last summer. In my interpretation, it means Rafa is free to spend for an agreed amount of money to buy anyone he wants. The likes of Hanley, Murphy and Diame clearly falls into this category as they literally has no resale value. So this makes believe that Rafa did have the control. So there are 2 possibilities 1. The report earlier is correct that Ashley goes back to his words and getting involved again, i.e. taken away the control once promised to Rafa, assuming that there is still money left. 2. The money agreed has been spent already and in this window Rafa is asking for additional money which is not agreed in last summer. This additional amount of money, for sure, will not be available unless Ashley also agreed to spend. I.e. the deal must be too good to turn down. I hope it is 2. We all know Ashley is too stubborn that it could be 1. Only time will tell.

    Andros Townsend

Not sure if true, but someone told me Palace demand 3m loan fees.

I honestly dont like the deal. Extremely short sighted. I dont think it will work out well.

    Andros Townsend

I have concerns on his forms rather than his morality. Not every player can come back strong after Pardewed.
  10. He reminds me Bernard. Once very talented and hardworking...but since the head had been turned, straight downhill and thats it.
  11. If you dont get it, ignore it then. You need something special to be able to perform in Premiership and Mitrovic shows glimpse of talents to do so last season. Same as Carroll during our relegation season. In contrast, Gayle doesnt have the cut. He is starring in Championship simply because he knows how to dominate in this level but thats it. He doesnt got that talent. Selling Mitrovic now is the worst decision. We paid the develop cost, we sold him for cheap and we need to find a replacement next summer. Pure madness.
  12. If you really think Gayle can score for fun in Premiership and we dont need Mitrovic, you are nuts. Mitrovic clearly has the tools to score in a level above Championship and its his application that needs to improve. Gayle on the other hand doesnt have the tools but has much better application due to his experience. Keep both, and we should start Mitrovic next season with Gayle and Arma as backup.

Oh my god. Sincerely hope there are survivors

    Daryl Murphy

I treat this signing as the development expense for Adam.
  15. I didnt have bad feeling for Winegum. He was adapting to the league under shit managers and I feel like he really wanted to contribute but he doesnt have that mental strength to handle the pressure of playing for an inferior team on the pitch. Sissoko is just shit. His attitude for playing is purely for showcases for future moves. His had been trying his best to grasp the highlight as mush as possible in expense of overall teamplay. I am very pleased to see sissoko leaving but not so much for Winegum.
  16. I dont think it is a matter of Pardewed or not. I just think he has more than enough talents and chances in his life to achieve something exceptionally great instead of eating shits here and there, no matter what the reason is. If I got just 30% talent of him I think I can be a decent EPL pro already, earning huge money enjoying fame and wags and may already representing England. Really a waste of talent and career.

    Adam Armstrong

Incredible considering he is just 19. Can the stupid comparison with adam campbell end now?
  18. It is weird to say so but i prefer a defensive reliable but shit for other aspect right back aka Simpson more than Janmaat.
  19. We should have the technical ability to pass around the pitch without the needs of physical battles here and there. The reason we lost is due to the players mentally not well prepared. They played like we can walk the league without any difficulties.

    Jesus fucking christ
  21. His problem, a very major one, is he is not suitable for games where we arent dominating. He is an excellent attacker with astounding technique and good positioning but thats all. He is not someone who will come out to change the game. Instead he would just feel todays not the day and faded out. This may due to he used to play for league leaders in Netherlands since young. Good player, but wrong set up and timing. He may perform well under Klopp for many matches but likely he would hide again whenever Liverpool is under pressure. I expect he labelled as a flop 2 yrs later desite scoring several goals per season.
  22. If you mean Kluivert in his prime then fine, but Shearer in his prime > Kluivert in his prime, no question.

    Andros Townsend

Andros, it is exactly for football reasons that you shouldnt go to Crystal Palace man....had it he Southampton or even West Brom it would be fine.

    Andros Townsend

He is correct to leave for a EPL club. I wont blame him for this, and he is one of the fews that really give us all in the relegation fights. The problem is he is joining a sinking ship that wont do him any good. Its DAFT. Playing under Pardew is shit, playing behind Zaha and Bolasie is even shitter. What is he thinking? Bench warmer again?
