  1. Levy worries about actual profit mind. Not paper profit. But actual profit. He’s frugal as fuck. Spurs often actually make money. Spurs is Levy’s cash cow. He’s in this for actual profit.
  2. This is the thing man. Nick W has been signed for a premium. The other lad will be signee on a premium. Even Isak himself wasn’t signed on a premium. Selling him for a decent price means he only pays for his replacements for 3 years. He’s not funding a rebuild of the squad. Spurs bought half a team with the Bale money. Most of them failed but still.
  3. The Isak replacements are going to cost us all of the £100m PSR profit in 3 years. He’ll have paid for his replacements for 3 years nothing else.
  4. Disagree. It’s been a shit show ever since. Last summer was a joke after she left. This summer has been a joke. Massive rifts in the club are open for people to see. She seemed to be close to everyone. Yasir to the players to the coach. She had Influence over all of them. She was a unifying force. We don’t have that figure anymore. Tha bald blokes didn’t have it. I believe her drive convinced players to join the club. We made a lot of coups under her. Tino, Hall, Sandro, Isak etc. Nick W aside we’ve struggled to land primary targets. And even he wasn’t a primary target.
  5. No. I said if he didn’t sign a new contract everyone would know where they stood. We could’ve been firm and fair then. Not talking about a contract for the best part of a year created a gap that we could never close. We lost control of the situation as we thought we had leverage.
  6. For all the criticism he gets. Levy wouldn’t have folded like this. Spurs is his baby. We don’t have anyone like that.
  7. Then we don’t sign a new contract and make it clear we intend to keep him for the next 3 years. The reneging on the contract and no further discussions created the space that led to this situation. We rested on our leverage of 3 years and didn’t even use it to get a premium.
  8. Of course we could. A 2-year contract extension would mean we could double his wages and barely add a net cost to his PSR costs. And we would probably get more than £130m for him if we had to sell him this summer.
  9. Only city wanted Kane that summer. A year or two later he went to Bayern. PSG has a free run at Kvara in January. It means fuck all man.
  10. Giving him a new contract would’ve been the right thing to do. He would have less of a leg to stand on if he had just signed a new contract 12 months ago. She got stuff done. Brought everyone on the journey and vision. As soon as she left - everything off the pitch started to crack. Starting with that Mitchell interview. She brought unity from the top to the bottom.
  11. I didn’t want him gone unless we got £140m + a replacement where we aren’t getting bent over. I suspected that wouldn’t be the case. PIF haven’t done anything to show me the can handle difficult situations.
  12. All of the good football decisions were Led by Amanda. This regime of Elanga, Thiaw, Osula, Ramsey, the GK, and Nick W are unproven.
  13. Yep at least one of them would’ve put a premium price for their striker and held firm. The other is likely to get a premium price. We have achieved neither. No premiume price. No player. With 3 fucking years left on his contract.
  14. It’s so weak. There has to be a response. And that response is PIF starting to be aggressive with upping our PSR limits and taking up loopholes. Get us some loans from Saudi at least. But if I’m being honest they just don’t care that much about this. All that talk is bluster. The actions prove it’s not that deep for them.
  15. Good question. No CEO. No DOF. It’s a rudderless ship. Held together by a top manager and a really game team.
  16. Yep. What £55m more than Nick W. Which we are likely to spend more than to get another striker in. £140m fine. A little bend. But £25m discount? 3 years left on the contract? It’s weak. We’ve been cucked. From my view this is a major blow to the strength of the project.
  17. The PL is so intense. The lights are on Wirtz `nd Gyokeres so heavy.
  18. Likely to chop at least one if not both. Might chop them for the palace lads. Mateta and Sarr. If we keep Isak then I’ll get Etikite and someone else.
  19. Backed Villa heavily in FPL. 3 games, 2 at home. 0 goals. That’s so bad. Even we’ve scored a couple.
