  1. Nah he’s definitely one of the best. In the league I would swap him for Allison, Martinez and Raya only. And im not sure about Martinez.
  2. In recent weeks he hasn’t been carrying the ball as much and he’s been getting caught a lot. I can take the middling passing but this things he needs to sharpen up with then he’s close to being back to his best.
  3. Piss poor for the goal they conceded though. I’m annoyed he lost a point on FPL
  4. Ask Eddie. Only a small pool of player can help us apparently. Randomly - Morgan Rogers signed for Boro only last summer. Gets a move in Jan for £8m-15m. takes Diaby’s spot before the season is out. And is now a regular. The big money transfers are usually a mugs game man.
  5. Semenyo is one of those that would do well at a bigger club. A lot of his good work is in tight spaces. He’s athletic but that’s not his USP.
  6. No way is Sancho only on £150k. Most reports in the media have his salary at £300k or more.
  7. Id take a kid with a high ceiling. Let him share minutes if needed.
  8. He’ll be hoping for one of the established big 6.
  9. At his best Konate has everything. Dominant in the air. Quick. Can bring it out. Can play a good pass. I don’t pay attention to him enough to know about his concentration, positioning etc. but at his best he’s dominant and commanding. Guehi doesn’t have those minerals.
  10. I don’t think he’ll fetch the market people think he will. Unless it’s less than £50m - I don’t see Liverpool or City being involved.
  11. Never rated him that highly. Nothing that I’ve seen or in his data I’ve seen suggests he’s £60m+ defender.
  12. It’s a problem. You can see how a ball playing keeper will help us tremendously. But I still prefer Pope to 90% of goalkeepers. I wouldn’t swap Pope for the likes of Vicario at this moment.
  13. Bad mistake leading to a goal. When you commit 100% like that you need to get the ball or get the man. Otherwise he was decent defensively I thought. Still don’t like him 1v1 against a good winger but he did ok. The business going forward.
  14. Yeh but expecting a 20 year old to join the division and light it up from the start is a bit silly. But again at his price point some thought it was a decent gamble. I would’ve been more tempted at £5m.
  15. Great at finding space in the box. We do need to avoid playing him, Murphy and Libra at the same time.
  16. Isn’t that more the price point and fixtures? Ive got Morgan Rogers who is further along his development tbf. But I also think Roger’s could improve so much.
  17. Obviously an upgrade on Longstaff. I thought he was poor in the first half. But second half he imposed himself physically and showed his quality on the ball. Needs to keep playing. Lad will improve us so much.
  18. 20 year old in not being the finished product shocker.
  19. I don’t see any marked qualities from Kelly so far
  20. Sometimes there is no man on but Joe is dawdling so much that a man gets on to him. It’s the most basic midfield play.
  21. He’s got a bit of a dribble on him too so he can really get us up the pitch. Trippier is a great passer but often he has to stand still and find a pass. Hall can run with it to find a better pass. I’d like to see more of Hall and Willock. Willock is much faster on the ball than Joelinton, way better on the half turn. Hall is fond of a risky ball in the middle where the likes of Joelinton and Longstaff either don’t want the ball or are on their heels. Willock is sharper in those areas. Other players need to wake up that Hall is going to pass it out under pressure. They are often on their heels not anticipating a pass.
  22. Doesn’t win his headers Kelly.
  23. He’s left footed but aye you don’t over commit to a shot at the near post like that from a defender. Otherwise he wa good.
  24. Repeatedly. Overall a good performance. But he’s so slow and unaware in certain positions. A problem in attack and defence.
