He put a great cross in for the goal, and had a very good look before he delivered it, but otherwise I thought he was very poor, nervous and hesitant.

You completed the game! You were a total of 177.70 miles out! You beat 88% of fellow die-hards

Easily I'd say. I bought a couple of seats in the Platinum Club a fortnite ago on my membership for a mate in London and his lad as it was it varnigh impossible to get 2 seats together except high up in the Gallowgate or Leazes and he wanted to be side on. HIs match tickets arrived before my season tickets as well!

Why does this apply to Cabella, and not Colback? Because Colback played pretty much every game last season and we know what he can offer. Cabella was ostracised fairly early under Pardew as he wasn't a "grafter" and didn't get back enough, so him given free roam to attack and not limited would be great. To be fair to Cabella he did work hard and did tackle back quite a lot. It's his 50million step overs without actually getting anywhere that let him down.

I think he's okay but nowhere near as good as he is described on here.

They're actually improving under Mowbray, I reckon they could be playoff/promotion bound this season. Not sure Armstrong is the kind of striker they need though. I don't see him as an all out centre forward, and they already have a couple who play off the front man. I may even make the half mile trek to the Ricoh to watch occasionally. Mowbray is from the Bruce Rioch school of keeping it on the floor, pass and move isn't he? Decent enough level to toughen him up at and give him 1st team experience because at present he's a long way off being ready to play in the premier league for us.

The Pin Badge is bloody huge, hardly a pin badge!! Mine came but my daughters didn't. You'd think they'd send them in one envelope.

They've missed the decimal point out.

The bloke next to him is a security guard/minder who works for the club. He used to be manager of The Ship Inn in Heworth years ago as well as being a pub/club doorman.

It's not bad by all accounts, even has a Marc Pierre White restaurant. The Hilton is hardly the best hotel in Newcastle in anyway. The Hilton isn't even in Newcastle, it's in Gateshead. I agree Hotel Indigo is a decent looking Boutique hotel, it's just the back lane which serves as it's entrance behind the O2 isn't all that nice. Still think The Hilton is better mind, certainly has a better name worldwide.

Nee idea whether that picture of him getting into that silver suv is genuine or not, BUT, if it is then that's Hotel Indigo which I'd say is a definite downturn in style from The Hilton where Mitrovic was staying.

Paul Parker initially made his name as a sweeper at QPR but was better known as a right back at Man United and for England. He was never really a traditional centre back. He autographed my programme outside Loftus Road the day Gazza got sent off for us around 1987ish and 5' 7" is pushing it a bit, he was tiny! I seem to remember that Fenwick was the sweeper, and Parker was one of the markers. Either way, he could beat opponents in the air who were far taller. The other one I can remember was Steve Perryman, who played at CB for Spurs in the early 80s. He was a similar height, but could still challenge well in the air, and he had the advantage of nimble movement on the ground, which he shared with Parker. I seem to recall Perryman being a midfielder not a centre back mind.

Back 3 was Des Walker, Mark Wright and Terry Butcher and Stuart Pearce was Left Wing Back.

Anyone actually received their season tickets yet?? It's only just over a fortnite till the 1st game ffs.

I thought he was going to Stoke?

We've spent a bit more money than last year, but to me it's just the same as we've bought a few foreign blokes I've never heard of same as last year. I didn't know Cabella, Riviere or Ayoze and only Ayoze could really be considered a success. Obviously Janmaat I'd seen at the World Cup. I've never heard of the 3 kids we've signed this summer either.
