  1. And that's why you throw yourself to the ground. Ridiculous decision from the ref. Should be a red.
  2. What? You have two double game weeks coming up my man.
  3. Robertson Carlos. I'd get his shirt with that name.
  4. Make sure to visit the local cult bar Na Dne (literally meaning At The Bottom). A genuine all-time classic for anyone visiting Samara for football matters. Some people just go there, buy a barrel of beer, a bucket of crayfish and spend the day at the beach. Freshly-brewed lager, anything that swims in Volga is being smoked or salted on the spot and by all means (time permitting) take a river taxi to Zhiguli mountains. Quite a sight during the summer, although (depending on your age and party animal skill level, can cause severe memory loss, if you catch my drift). The riverside is fabulous when it's warm in May (the last time I went there), but the locals tell me it's just awesome when it's really hot (June/July). Many people fall in love there. Also, the traffic can be a bit mad in the evening (the thing with Samara and Volgograd is that they are basically hugging Volga and are thus kind of like Chile geographically), so use trams. Cheap, fast, cool way to take a look around the city and no cursing while stuck in a traffic jam. Feel free to ask regarding museums/restaraunts/nightlife. Thank you, really appreciate it.
  5. Robertson has done well this season, but tbh in the first half he had a whole flank to himself since someone of the City midfield forgot they had to defend on that right side. Was so easy for Liverpool to switch flanks.
  6. Yes i am, i'm not for one minute stating i'm smarter than him. I'm not even smarter than fucking Pardew My God Agreed. Didn't know Mole could fall that low. Shameful.
  7. Shocked at how badly that City frontline played. Sane got better last 10, but his first half was the worst performance I've seen from him.
  8. Best player on the pitch. Winning every challenge.
  9. Going to Samara for the last 16. Hoping Cosmos Arena really is as good as they expect it to be.
  10. Don't know why but having just seen it I feel slightly underwhelmed. Get away. It's amazing. Don't get me wrong it's a clearly an amazing goal, and probably one of the best goals this season. Think people just over hyped it, was expecting a Cisse Vs Chelsea style goal. Agree with this, to be honest. I didn’t see it live but read the reactions on here/Twitter when it went in. Was expecting a bicycle kick from outside the box or something daft. Wow.
  11. More often than not it's cringey and unwarranted (our fans applauding Gerrard is the first one that comes to mind) this one is totally fair enough like, outrageous goal.
  12. What a ridiculous perfect third goal that is as well. No ones going to remember that one after Ronaldos ridiculous goal though.
  13. Allegri saving Douglas Costa for next season.
  14. Has declined crazily this season. Definitely the weakest link for the national team, although I hope his experience and match winning mentality compensates for that.
  15. You post the most exaggerated s*** on here continuosly even Kaka is more sensible. No idea what you’re arguing about but there’s no need for barefaced lies like that.
  16. You post the most exaggerated shit on here continuosly even Kaka is more sensible.
  17. This VAR and referee thing is a shitshow. Infantino doing a ridiculously bad job already. Too much change in to short of a time.
  18. Germany, Spain and Brazil followed by France, Belgium and Argentina imo. After last night's results, not sure I would include Argentina in the list but I guess the Messi factor can't be discounted. Messi and Di Maria who are probably their two most important players. They were also trying out a few new players such as their fullbacks. Sampaoli did a very good job with Chile and if he can get the same out of this Argentina team they'll be dangerous. Brazil in 2002 went through the same problem and went on to win it all because of having great players. It's all about timing and form. Argentina with Messi ahs to be considered one of the favourites.
  19. Pretty confident he had a goal wrongly disallowed last night as well.
  20. Germany, Spain and Brazil followed by France, Belgium and Argentina imo.
  21. Wew, poor result for all those superstars that Messi apparently gets to play with Well they're all out injured or not called up. Di Maria, Aguero, Dybala, Icardi, none played. That being said they should be doing far better.
