Based on the FIFA rankings it looks like the pots for the World Cup draw might end up being Pot 1 Russia, Germany, Poland, Portugal, France, Belgium, Brazil, Argentina. Pot 2 Spain, England, Italy/Croatia/somebody else, Switzerland, Colombia, Uruguay, Peru, Mexico With Brazil and Argentina not being allowed to play Colombia, Uruguay or Peru, there's a big chance England might end up in of their groups.
