Like we played well thanks to him last season? People forgetting the hoofing before Ben Arfa saved our season?
  2. I don't really agree with Ronaldo on Colo and can't be arsed to go into it but you do realise we had no choice over Ba? He had a clause in his contract for 7m, we had no power at all. We could've always renegotiated a new contract that he possibly deserved. I think in the short term it was bad that Ba left but in the longterm I think it will be extremely healthy and beneficial to the club. Because let's be honest the amount of money he was seeking was high, and if we had gotten Remy instead of him we wouldn't have been in the trouble we are now imo. Our problem is we haven't really replaced Ba, and I seriously hope the club try to replace him for real now in the summer because Gouffran for me is nothing more than a squad player.

Cronky, tbf their squad is in my opinion stronger and more balanced than City's and Chelsea's. I take the Man U bench squad over City's and Chelsea's all day of the week. They have at least two players in every position that can perform at an extremely high level.

Managers like Ancelotti, Capello could easily a job there too tbf. I just think their football styles aren't attractive enough. I think they wanted a british manager no matter what and Moyes was therefore the only choice.

IF they get him noway they sack him as long as he goes deep in cups and earns CL spots. They won't sack him after a year if they finish 3rd, they're very much aware that he'll need time to adapt and I think Sir Alex and the backroom staff will be there to help him out. I think he'll win the league in his first year and then I can see them declining for a couple of years if City gets a new manager and Mourinho manages to get back to Chelsea and start a new team there.

The real Man U fans will welcome him and give him time. Who cares what the rest think? Well, the non-real fans make out for like 99,9% of their fanbase

Well, Wigan have a lot less money than us. Check the wage bills. Curious as to why we don't have the 'right squad' for Martinez exactly? If it's style of football then I think you're dead wrong. Not that I'm completely sold on Martinez... worries me he has never been able to put a remotely solid defence together in what, 4 years? And although Martinez has overachieved a bit by keeping them up each year, it hasn't been anything spectacular. Moyes' early Everton teams were almost as poor on paper as the current Wigan side, but he got us to 7th in his first full season. Then 4th a couple of years later. Was Evertons squad in the beginning really that bad? I mean, I rate Wigan as the worst squad in the league at the moment. Not saying you're wrong or anything, was a genuine question. Who were your best players back then? Our best players were Stubbs & Weir at the back and Dunc whenever he was actually fit. Gravesen was in his 3 s*** games:1 good game phase until 2004. Geriatric has beens like Gazza, Ginola & Blomqvist were our other attacking midfield options. Kevin Campbell was our main striker and hadn't been decent since about 2000. The following season when we finished 7th, Li Tie (a player we were given for free by a Chinese sponsor nobody ever heard of before or since) was the midfield lynchpin. Joseph Yobo was the only decent addition. On loan. Was this the time when you guys had Linderoth and Alexandersson? Moyes is a genius now that I remember that Oh god Alexandersson. Yeah, he was so bad that Walter Smith had to gamble on the likes of Gazza. Linderoth just walked around the centre circle looking lost. Waste of a signing. This was the period of when I went to SJP and saw Newcastle beat you lot 4-2. Remember Yobo being a decent player back then.

I don't think there's a way to fail at Man U. Look at their players and their budget. They might not win the CL with Moyes but I expect them to compete for the league every of the next five seasons. What?! Of course there is. Well of course there is, I was just suggesting we haven't really seen it have we? Failing would be not getting a title every season or so, which lets be honest with the team they have they will. Doublespeak. You know what I meant, of course he can fail, he can miss out on the CL spot, but it's out of this world in my mind. In my opinion there should be no way to fail at that club with that squad. No, I don't. I really thought that when you said 'I don't think there's a way to fail at Man U', you meant 'I don't think there's a way to fail at Man U'. But do you understand what I mean now? It's all a mess. In anyways I apologize for confusing you Inochi, I know you like being a dick, but I'll give you the benefit to proclaim yourself a winner here today. Congrats.
  10. Pretty close. Veron is probably not far behind it though lol. Except Veron was a great player just misplaced in the wrong league.

  17. Like Mole was saying earlier, Luiz looks at times completely lost in his positioning. Not that Ramires was much better there... I know. Ramires is so overrated, or underrated, I can't remember. What does that have to do with anything? Whoever said he is underrated I agree, except I know Chelsea fans love him so it's mostly on here that he's hugely underrated. One of their most important players. Benayoun over Ba
