Some good points, but the 'Our Pardew' you are talking about is a myth. He is exactly the same manager last year except the players aren't performing. If you watched and analyzed last season you'll see that we are the exact same team. Our season last year was all about the good run where our defence couldn't concede in the beginning and then Ben Arfa and Cisse's introduction to the team. I'd suggest everyone to go back to watch last seasons games to see we played good football in extremely few games.

Do you know him on a personal level to call him a prick and a dickhead? I wonder the exact same thing. In someways though it's a lot down to Pardew who you couple of days ago was willing to give another season to see if he really is a fraud. Tiote is an anchor man, no more to it, he can't play a good ball, he can't shoot and he definitely can't score. What he can do is tackle, win ball and put pressure on midfielders. Why the hell is he playing infront of Cabaye for most parts? It's embarrassing. I'd be willing to give him time under a new manager, but as long as Pardew is here we won't get the best out of this guy again.

No, but Newcastle fans like the passion he has shown on the touchline at times no? At least this was what everyone was suggesting after the Benfica game. Things might have turned after yesterday though.

I think this is general consensus here. He's a likeable guy, he's just not a good enough manager for us if we want to challenge for Europe every season for at least top half. Don't agree at all. He's a smug, arrogant turbocunt. He's full of himself and clearly loves his own voice. I hate everything about him - the manager and the person. That's your opinion, but the consensus I think is still that he's a likeable guy although that might have changed after this last week.

Absolutely. Tried to say this yesterday and got the usual reaction. It was s*** from everyone, not just the manager. I'm not having it. I can understand people don't want upheaval, but this head in the sand mentality is going to see us drifting next season as well. I've said enough times why I think he's not up to the job so I'm not going to repeat myself but two words will say more about his short-comings than anything else: Set pieces. What 'head in the sand mentality' is that, man? What, from what I've said there, gives that indication? People keep banging on about it's the player's fault, when it's clear as day that the team has no direction. That to me is head in the sand mentality. No, people don't 'keep banging on about it's the players fault', at all. People are, rightly, saying that the players deserve some of the blame for yesterday, as well as the manager. If anything, that's the opposite of burying their heads in the sand. You've been burying your head in the sand for months. Firstly by saying in the relegation thread that we are/were a certainty not to go down. Secondly by using positive results despite the performance to talk down to people who could see that the poor performances would eventually lead us to the relegation battle we haven't been able to really get out if since December. We shouldn't be fighting and childishly score pointless points from each other though. Our club is called Newcastle United. At the minute, we are anything but.

He's not overrated. Cabaye is probably our 2nd best player with Colo behind Ben Arfa.
-
Definitely something up If you were a technically accomplished player in a team with no movement or attacking intent, wouldn't you be p*ssed off? I understand this, but he can't even make a pass backwards to a defender correctly. Must be an injury of some sorts.

So you weren't joking. Get of the booze man. You've been on a bender it's not healthy. If that's how you really feel it's a shame you live in the wrong decade. Maybe Austin Powers time machine can help you out? Not everything gets better with time, football is getting worse, that includes its customers. If that's how you feel fair enough I don't agree but you're entitled to your opinion.

Who isn't? Even people who don't follow the Premier League except for odd games have been sending messages to me taking the p*ss as Di Canio was all over the Swedish newspapers sportspage. No doubting you or your loyalty for a second, man. I know that, you're a top guy Ronaldo. Well for most parts.

But a local lad cannot slate the foreign players or question the policy without having foreign tarts jumping all over him?

TT fighting for the clubs identity. Have you been to newcastle? Yes. Have you been outside of Newcastle? Been inside your mother.

TT fighting for the clubs identity. Have you been to newcastle? Yes. Liar. I've sat behind the bench and seen Bellamy give Sir Bobby an absolute bollocking for not subbing Gary Speed when he was out getting treatment for bleeding for like 10-15minutes. AT ST JAMES PARK.

It just has to be There's no way he can't be messing around.

I'm glad not all fans on this forum or those I've met in real life when I was in Newcastle share your opinion. I'm not going to ridicule you, I'm just going to feel sorry for you living in the past and assume you've forgot your meds today. I definitely agree with this though. What I was saying is that TT is blaming the foreign players and defending the likes of Steven Taylor who showed absolute fuck all yesterday as well.
-
Who has said they had great games? They were trying at least, no one has said they had great footballing games. But Debuchy was running up and down that flank and winning tackles for us. No one had a good game yesterday, no one in a black and white shirt had a good game, but to blame the loss on our squad being full of french players? When two of the geordie boys were absolut shite. Give it a break.

Does that mean Harper or Alnwick? I'd rather give Jak the chance than Steve ffs. -
Are we blaming them? How about the Geordie Steven Taylor who was absolute s*** yesterday? Stop blaming those guys ffs based on nationality. We're blaming the lot, but when your team is full of unconnected foreign players and show you no fight in your local derby then it's a problem. Taylor was about the only player apart from Krul who gave a f*** yesterday regardless of how s**** he was. Taylor showed nothing man, what are you on about. Lacklustre display from him, if anyone yesterday seemed to care it was Debuch and Marv and both are french so give it a rest now. Too many foreign players (and fans) who really don't understand what yesterday meant. Hba was laughing and smiling at FT. Fuck right off with the fans comment. I think pretty much all of foreign fans know what this game means to you lot living there and for the club itself. Still you are blaming the french players when two french players showed most heart and hustle yesterday. I find the whole team accountable for the loss yesterday and I find it unfair you blame it on them because they're french. Fuck off with that.

This is me. Someone like Bielsa who is absolutely mental and won't get us CL football but will make us smile for at least 2 years is something I want. I can live with losing and drawing high scoring games after the turd I've had to watch for the last couple of years.
