  1. Please read more carefully what others post then. Pata has already said he'd be very happy for you guys to win it. The pattern that developed was due to some posters on here, not agreeing and turning it into ''salty tears'' and ''england-haters'' etc. Just like this forum has gone the past couple of years, down the drain with childish behaviour. I don't think one foreigner (again apart from neighbouring countries) here isn't pleased for you guys. It's a major moment for you and for many of you the first in your lifetime. Enjoy it. You've won one major trophy, wouldn't talk about superiority
  2. Fucking christ Wullie. Get a grip man. Arsehole thing to do? It's not like Pata made his way onto this forum just to post the flag. He's been here for over a decade and one of the most active posters on here. When it's other teams it's alright, but when it's against your team it's being all oversensitive.
  3. They're all acting like @Froggy, give it a few months and they'll be giving the poor guy some shit.
  4. Jesus. Happens to all nations. I know because as a Brazilian I can say we've had some dubious decisions going our way in important tournaments and for the bast 16 years in this forum I've experienced the other end of stuff. But when it happens to you, it's a completely different story. You englishmen have this predisposed idea that everyone hates you and wants the worst for you. It's small minded and pathetic. You are never wrong. I think most on here apart from those with origin from your rivalling nations would love to see a country like England win a tournament like the Euros given what England has given the world in terms of football and it's lack of trophies. Not only the sport itself, but the supporters culture, great players and not least the best league in the world. This squad is also highly likeable with players such as Rashford, Kane, Foden, Grealish who seem like genuine people as well as just cares about football and a manager (who despite being utterly cautious) is a gentleman.
  5. As discussed right after match in here. The moment of the game, a semi-final in the Euro's requires a bit more competence and scrutiny than a random PL match. Sterling is going down before there is contact. They absolutely do. Grosso was one, Brazil v Belgium in 2002 when Wilmots scored was one of the weirdest decisions I've ever seen as well. Brazil won the World Cup, I was happy as fuck but I can still look and say that decision was crazy and you don't know what would've happened had it been allowed to stand. At the end of the day, only the danes will remember this penalty decision in years to come, but it was absolutely fucking ridiculous and anyone disagreeing is clearly biased.
  6. Unfortunately some of the ''lads'' in here do. At the end of the day England are deservedly in the final, but it's just pathetic reading some of the lot trying to defend the decision. You get to a childish point where someone like joeyt starts talking about the amount of football someone has watched, when you've got the likes of Dieter Hamann saying it's as blatant mistake you'll ever see and managers such as Arsene Wenger and Jose Mourinho saying it was an obvious mistake and ex-FIFA referees like Jonas Eriksson and Paulo de Oliveira condemning VAR non-involvement in the penalty. And again I'm a complete neutral in this, taking absolutely no side.
  7. For me it's definitely the worst penalty I've seen in terms of VAR. Sterling is falling before any ''contact''. I do realize with this forum and some of you that the rules are different for everyone. Englishmen should be allowed advantages while others ridicule it. I'm glad FIFA referees, footballing players, managers, commentators all agree that it was never a penalty why some you lot try to defend it. Hoepfully you win it all, sad it's going to be remembered how you not only had help from this referee in the game against Germany where Kalvin Philips could very easily been sent off but also in the semi-final
  8. Calm down Semmy, it's the Euros, not the World Cup.
  9. What does this have to do with anything? Neymar is a prick, excellent player, but a prick nonetheless.
  10. Copa America is shit man
  11. Yeah, this one I can give you Forgot about this one.
  12. I really didn't take offence so no worries there. As for that video, the one last night is still far worse imo. There are bad decisions, but the one last night there's no contact until he throws himself. There's been some terrible decision imo during the whole tournament, but for me (we are all entitled to have an opinion) last night was the worst one I've seen or at least can remember.
  13. Sorry to hear that and well done. it's extremely important we take care of our parents when they need. (I am being completely serious here) However, I didn't come at you personally, you made those remarks yesterday out of nothing regarding some bird and scouting job, which was completely irrelevant to the thread so thought it was funny to repeat it.
  14. Kane has really developed as a player the past 18 months. Still a lethal goalscorer, but his partnership with Son this season was a joy to watch. Falling deep and playing thos types of balls all season long.
  15. That is my bad, happens to the best of us while typing. That being said, I'm quite confused as to the second part of your post. I probably wouldn't go around boasting about some degree that renders one unemployed while also calling someone less fortunate without an actual idea of whom that person is.
  16. Get to fuck That is never a penalty in a million years, and don't think VAR can go in and give a corner tbh. If the ref had given a penalty there you could as well just force players. That's an extremely weak penalty and should've been overturned. However, Sterlings is for me far worse. Looking forward to the other 9, more stories about the bird you've got on friday and you're scouting job as well
  17. Hope England win or I'll be fucking relentless after the past 8 years with the 7-1. A lot on the line.
  18. @Disco, how proud are you of the danish national anthem being booed, the green laser as well as the ''ole'' chants against 10 men at end of extra time? Thought it was only South Americans who had it in them.
  19. If you win it all, you'll be tearing up for the rest of your life everytime you watch it. It's an unforgettable moment.
  20. Trying to deflect the fact that just like their first trophy, this one will be remembered yet again by a helping hand from the ref. On a serious note, extremely happy for some of you.
  21. I've read the newspaper from four different countries with the expert referee from each and everyone of them saying it was never supposed to be given and that it's one of those times where VAR has to come in. That being said, I'm pretty sure England would've won it. While I felt Denmark were a slightly better side for 50 or so minutes, England were dominant for the rest of the game (even though they played against 10 men in the second half of extra time).
  22. Oh it's not the disappointment and depression I'm worried about. It's the height of the fall.
  23. You're aware you were playing against 10 men (or let's say 8 cause Hojbjerg and Kjaer could barely move).
  24. Sunday. Just worried what an eventual come down would mean for this forum.
