Exactly Or aim for 2nd, compete for 6th, finish 10th?

ITS ON WEDNESDAY?!?!?!?! THIS IS LIKE CHRISTMAS! HOWAY THE LADS! Lets make it 4 straight!
-
It's going to be a problem when he gets booked next though. Suspension. I hope he gets the booking prior to the Chelsea game (away next year) because that game seems hard to win anyways.

For me there is no man of the match, there is just a team of the match! What a fucking team performance! Willy, Colo, Tiote, Carroll. Even Jonas, Enrique, Nolan who weren't playing very well pulled the strings at the end and helped us keep the score at 1-0. GREAT GREAT PERFORMANCE! HOWAY THE LADS!
-
Except colo has been good today and Enrique has ben below average (for his standards)
-
The thing with him, he's not the best player, but he takes pressure of the team and helps defensively, exactly what a team like us need, and especially against top teams.
-
I'll keep being pessimistic, because we seem to win every time I'm sure of loosing apart from last week when I knew we would batter them.
-
Referee is really poor again, always the same against the GOONERS!
-
Our wing play is really shit down the left today. WHAT A SAVE KRUUUUL!
-
They'll score one right before break. This match seems so predictable.
-
Bullshit yellow card that huh. And I bet Tiote has pulled a hamstring, but hes not a human being so he can play on. Or he just doesnt have a hamstring.
-
This is one game where I wont complain about using the long ball. I think trying to beat them at their own game is just asking for trouble.

So bacially they party'd cause they had destroyed the Mackems, Carroll had sex, Nolan didn't do shit except having the party at his house which by the article seems he didn't even want to, and Carroll was loud while having sex. And yes, there was also cocaine which the girls snorted. Good story. Now if they don't perform tomorrow that'll be another story, but as long as they perform I couldn't give a shit about their private lives.

Oh so you're not 12. That's a surprise. Are you dissapointed? is that the legal age for marriage in Rio de Janiero? Not disappointed, but surprised.
-
Wow, Man Utd, what a line-up van der Saar Brown Vidic Ferdinand Evra OShea Fletcher Carrick Obertan Park Hernandez. Can see this being a draw. Honestly, what a shit team they've put out.

There's no point in that attitude. We're capable of a draw here if we play well and Arsenal aren't at their best. They've had a trip to Russia and back while we've had a week off on the back of a big result. Who knows, teams do go there and win, if you catch them on an off day or the ref gives you a chance, anything can happen. Arsenal will of course be favourites but the players have to be positive and go there believing they can nick something. It will be a different game to our second string against theirs in the cup last week. I agree with all the things in our favour, and I really hope we can get something. But those extra weights on our side of the balance can only tip it so far, we're miles behind Arsenal in terms of ability. Hughton will have the lads ready to go I'm sure, but we can't put too much importance on the result of this one IMO. Exactly, it's not that I'm not hoping. I mean it is realistically possible to go there and win by three but I THINK that we won't. Arsenals ability is way above ours, and we still haven't shown consistency. But who knows, maybe the 2-1 win against West Ham and Sunderland win has us on a roll. And while I doubt we'll get a point I'll still cheer us to get full points but will be understanding if we don't.
-
Arsenal will win, I'll be more than happy with only loosing by a goal. But in the end I think they might win by 3 or so like they usually do against us on Emirates.
-
The thing is we CAN, but we WON'T. We've shown quality by beating Everton away, maturity and morale by winning a game we were losing 1-0 away, we've proven we can outclass opponents as long as we have a good day as we beat Aston Villa and Sunderland by a combined 11-1. But we're not consistent enough or deep enough. After all theres a top 5. Then theres Villa, Everton and Liverpool (sorry but theyre mediocre this season). Then theres us, Sunderland, Blackburn, Fulham and so on. While I don't think we'll ever finish top 6 or top 8 for that matter. 10th is not unrealistic.

The difference between Willy and Colo is simple. Colo is more calm and plays fairer, Willy holds on to shirts of the attackers a lot and will be punished at one time later in the season. However as long as he does get away with it, why not stick with it? I like both o them, but Colo is clearly the better defender and allround player.
