Imagine Beckford if Beckford clicked, i have this feeling that he might be the profilic goalscorer we have lacked for years (ever since Owen stopped scoring). And 6 months in the Championship will only do him good. Havn't seen much of him but have seen his goals and he seems like a good finisher. Anyone know what kind of player he is? Fast who will complement Carrol well? Or a more all-round type of player who might be able to play alone with 5 -man midfield? Lets hope he gets signed we need bodies into this squad, and a player who is a proven scorer (although a lower division) might just be what we need to get us safe in the top.

Ive seen two games with Barton during the last year, the one where he got a red card against Pool, where he certainly made the team look good and think it was against Leicster where he was very very poor. Don't know what to think of him as he havnt played consistently since he joined us.

Gerrard was great for the majority of last season tbh, just this season that hes been shit.

The funny is how people say how Valdes isnt there, but Julio Cesar and Maicon doesnt even get a mention. Fine Dani Alves won more titles, but Maicon is th ebetter player and the same goes for Julio Cesar he's arguably better than Casillas.

He's a boring manager though, we might be winning a lot but with this type of play its not fun to watch. Coutner-attack and scoring on set pieces.

I'm hoping for a group of Brazil Mexico Ivory Coast France Because this way we'll have to come out firing directly against two teams that always cause us problems in France and Mexico and then beat a physically strong African Nation in Ivory Coast.

Would love to see Pancrate, Ranger and Lovenkrands play some part. Pancrate because this player is the new Pele, Ranger cause hes the new God, and Lovenkrands, well because i think Nolan and Carroll won't do much and Lovenkrands should add speed t this team.

We have to play Ranger up top, I'm sorry but he's doing an equally good job compared to Carroll (except hes not scoring) but when he does come off the mark I have no doubt he will be scoring more, it is important to give him more than 45 minutes of playing time especially as its in the Championship and let him develop. He has everything to be a good striker but we need to show faith in him by playing him. And please save me form coming up with Wenger and his 15 minutes and Carling Cup youngsters, its much more different in our situation. Play Ranger and Carroll upfront and let the goals start flying, if it doesnt work take the one playing worse out and put Lovenkrands. But give Ranger minutes so he could develop intot he player he should become.

What did he do?

Still our best player in terms of talent, potential and the value we would get from selling him. He doesnt produce in this team because no one except maybe Enrique, Taylor and Smith are, or have ever been decent football players.
