Might as well already begin considering we're not playing the other three teams who are playing today this season anymore.

There is NO way I would swap Robert for Jonas OR Duff - apart from that, SBR is quite right, the current side are rubbish compared to the 2001/2 team. I wouldn't swap him for Jonas. But like i stated above i believe Jonas have so much potential it would be interesting to see him in that team instead of Robert. And yes i definitely agree that this years team is one of the worst football teams if not the worst football team that i have ever followed closely. No creativity, no flair, no determination! Its just rubbish really!

In place of who? Solano/Robert both had way way more to their passing games and their set piece ability. I loved Robert, but i just have a feeling that Jonas has so much potential, just look at him with the Argentinian National team! Hes great when playing and when hes not they lose 6-1 to Bolivia

Duff is awful, but i believe that Jonas would've been excellent in his team as well as a Bassong on form, as O'Brien was sh****

Neil: He's injury problems have actually been bad of lately, hes missed quite much in the last 12 months. Robinho has been performing constantly for the national team though and thats the matter of discussion. But yes otherwise if you see his performance in Man City i most certaintly agree. I'll telly you why Brazil needs a player like Kaka. He can run through defenders with his pace, he pentrtes defenders, he passes the ball with a high accuracy and rarely looses the ball. He traces back to get the ball back and start the attacking movement, hes creative, he has a lot of flair and he rarely misses when he has scoring opportunities. He's a player that can make magic from just simple footballing, nothing extraordinary. He has such a great ball control not many have it like him, there is probably only one player in the world with better ball control and thats Messi (but hes incomparable at the moment.). I agree we need a striker, Luis Fabiano though hasn't been that incosistent although i agree he can fade away from matches. Pato should be given the chance considering hes been ripping apart defences in the Serie A. Vagner Love is crap, and people only rate him on his scoring record in Russia. The guy is just terrible. Pato and Keirrison (who has been banging in goals in Brazil and is only 19) is the answer to take this team forward, but Fabiano needs to be kept in the team.

Brazil was unbelievable, i can't understand why Dunga is allowed to manage this team. First of all he puts Ronaldinho on the field who is in absolutely awful form right now. Second of all when its going bad he decides he wants to put Josue in for Elano (who was shit, but Baptista should've come on instead). He leaves Pato on the bench. We are lucky to have drawn this, and Ecuadors nr.11 is a god awful finisher thank god for that. Now we're in deep shit in the qualifiers and i would to be honest absolutely love if we messed this up and would have to qualify through an extra round. Embarrassing and im hoping a much better performance on Wednesday with Elano and Ronaldinho out for Baptista and Kaka. This team is way to slow to be playing.

I see where you're coming from with his hold up play etc, but surely to be the best striker you do have to score alot of goals. I appreciate he can be a quality player without scoring, but when a strikers main objective is to score, and that striker doesnt do that enough, he can't be considered the best. Also, to use that header to back up your point is strange, a ''top class striker'' should score there every single time. Then you won't find many top class strikers my friend. name one except Henry and Ronaldo a couple of years ago who scores every single time. Did you see his ball to Stankovic. That's where i think you're wrong. Hes definetely not the goalscoring type,hes been banging them in but he provides more to the team than only goals. His assist ratio is great, his vision is absolutely fantastic.

I don't like Zlatan but to state that you don't rate him is strange. Zlatan is a great player and probably best striker right now. Just look at him right now, look at his movement and look at his ability to hold up the ball, problem is there is no one out there who can provide some backing.
