With Keane off the wage bill they might.

Is there not a free transfer deadline though?

On the other hand, after 5 years in British climate surely Adebayor would've acclimatised somewhat? Its In the blood. I'd never get used to the heat :|

Surely people brought up where its normally 30 degrees are allowed to feel the cold?

Wouldn't shock me if Blackpool get panned tonight, they rotated half their team. ---- Eugh Phil Brown on SSN. Just made me switch over and wait for the bbc final score.

Roger, Birmingham defender.

God imagine Barca with Alves on the right and Bale on the left.

Ears like thought he was Willo's son.

How much do you expect to get for someone who is out of contract at the end of the season and then pay for Ashley Williams? deluded.

Colin Calderwood Hibs losing 4-0... to the Dons.

Aye right. They still kept signing the Veróns and Ferdinands of the world while doing that, though. They don't anymore. Yeah I agree with that, but the actual Rooney & Ronaldo signings weren't greatly different to the signings they've made this year. Rooney was the next big thing when they bought him. He was highly sought after and they spent about 27mil on him. They havent bought anything like that this year. That's because there is not another top English striker like him on the scene at the moment. they did spend about 8 million plus on Smalling though. Yeah but smalling isnt being talked about as 1 of the best young talents ever to be produced by England. Rooney was being touted as a world class player when he was at Everton. People are saying that Smalling is a decent player but hasnt exploded on the scene like Rooney did. My point is the signing of Rooney isnt really that similar to the signings they made this year because he was a massive star before he even went to Man U. None of this years signings are. and my point was that there is not someone else around at the moment like Rooney. I'd agree that Smalling is not established but a few of the big teams were after him.

He wanted to join Fulham, Ajax said no.

How do you figure that with a non-English man in charge?

I believe the holding company is listed in the states according to my pool mate.

Did they not say that the better offer came after they had agreed to sell though? Don't think it would matter if they weren't willing to consider the other offer(s). That's what I'm saying they had agreed to sell hence listened to offers agreed on someone and then this new bid came in afterwards.

Chris has been the only manager to give him a chance to be fair. He was not manager when he left last season on loan. But I think everyone would agree if we could shift his wage everyone would be happy.

Also short notice.

Man City can't just buy their way into being hated you know.

He is a left winger that's why.

Sounds like you used one and forgot about it over the international break.

No man on the post for a corner. Schoolboy error. They had been time-wasting since they scored. Took about 5 minutes to take a corner near the 70th minutue.
