Looks a lot better in the opponents half that's for sure. Wonder who is holding him back.
-
Great save, total reaction save.
-
Ba hasn't scored since we signed this fella has he? He's a jinx.
-
Grow up ffs, your reaction was pathetic. OMGZZZ DID HE SAYS SOMETHING AGAINST BEN ARFA!! sadfaceemo ..and deep breathe..... ..and relax.
-
Don't think we've been that comfortable. But I thoroughly agree with your second sentiment.
-
You called someone a scrotum earlier... so, swings and roundabouts.
-
I think it would have were it not for Pards near heart attack with the Ben Arfa/Williamson debacle - instructions have been dampened.
-
Great ball from Jonas there, and great run from Cisse.
-
Was always missing I think but great effort.
-
All Pards needs to get the instructions changed to hoof it.
-
Poor Williamson, trying to play football there.
-
Didn't he lose the ball in the first place? Shhh, ffs!
-
Yeah, take note Arfa detractors, all came about from a Ben Arfa tackle.
-
Absolutely beautiful from Cisse. Unbeliavable, are you watching!!!!
-
That was great there, Cabaye well foward too.
-
4-3-1-2 This is going to be interesting. If Perch can settle things down and Guthrie and/or Cabaye get forward now and again.. Fingers crossed, let's go. (Sorry, H'way the lads.)

So there’s no point in him being on the pitch So there’s no point in him being on the pitch So there’s no point in him being on the pitch So there’s no point in him being on the pitch My patience with Pardew is almost exhausted. Instead of playing to the strengths of the players he has, Cabaye, Arfa, Cisse, Ba - he's rather try to mould them into whatever the fuck he thinks football is to the detriment of all.
-
It is interesting. The first thought that popped into my head re shipping goals in the centre was the fact that Colo is all too frequently marauding over to left back position, the second was Mike Williamson.

Interesting Article On Proactive/Reactive Managers
Mr Logic replied to The College Dropout's topic in Football
Not very good at reacting either. The Fulham away game being a prime example. We were playing them off the park but Jol saw what was wrong, changed thing at half-time and they were all over us instead. Pardew had no answer. -
We won't be there long if we do.

Just got up on the last 10 pages. Incredible, now some people are saying Cabaye is mediocre when it's patently bloody obvious he's shackled by manager instruction, got to maintain team shape - that's what wins games you know, sorry, stops you losing. Only it doesn't as our last few losses show. Pardew has got more and more scared of slipping away from the top the longer we stayed up at that end of the table. Ironically it is that very fear that looks like ultimately ensuring we don't stay there.

I think there is a great deal of accuracy here. I wish to hell there wasn't though.

Sets out not to lose rather than to win. Slowly eroding the confidence of the better players I shouldn't wonder. Felt sick when Arsenal scored their winner, but that was just compounding how I felt watching the long balls fly straight to Arsenal time and time - and time - again.
