No, still gutted and bitter that we got rid
Yes, he bought so many class players.
hahahahahahahhaha

yeah, he's shit, nobody's disagreeing with you.
try not to have a stroke like.
A stroke is not brought on by typing swearwords. You are one of them that takes the written word literally, yes?
A stroke also wouldn't be bought on by someone being as genuinely angry as you assume i was. Anger is not even recognised as a minor or even registered cause of strokes.

To be honest, no i dont think we would of been in this situation. I think the would of been new impetus in the squad with the with maybe a couple of new signings (not sure who though)which may of got us a couple of results maybe against Boro and Bolton which would of made things slightly less pressured. But overall id pin point the current situation on 3 factors maybe 4. They would be the many points thrownaway earlier in the season, which Allardyce has to take responsiblity for, the timing of the sacking which is an iffy one because i dont think its right to have to back a manager you clearly dont want which the board have to take responsiiblty for, Keegans choices to not go out to sign anyone and maybe some of keegans tactics against big teams.
To be honest, i think the major decision which will of affected us the most will probably be the sacking, the board have done us no favours, however having said that i saw no other option, so....
WHat, ones like Barton, Smith, Enrique, Geremi and Viduka?
Of course we'd have been where we are.
Only difference is, when we've been s*** recently, Keegan has spouted his s**** abut us playing well, whereas Fat c*** would have blamed the players, fans, groundstaff ad George Stephenson for pur problems.
Yeh man, i agree with you, i was agaisnt Allardyce getting too much money in the Jan window anyway cos i didnt think he'd proved anyhting with the players he'd signed anyway, however a player like Diarra maybe could of given the midfield a bit of stregnth. Its hard to disagree with peole saying that if Allardyce had signed more players to which would of fitted his systembetter then we would of maybe suceeded a bit, however as it stands i still dont think the players are shit even though there performnaces have been woeful, i just think they have had all the confidence sapped out of them and need that first win to get a bit of solidarity in the ranks.
We wouldn't have signed Diarra, he has ability.
You think Geremi, Viduka and Smith have ability??? Come on!

I just wish the national media would have a go at him. They find derision in lots of other things about the toon, but when it comes to Smith its just always gives 100% blah blah, fully (??) recovered from nightmare injury blah blah. Not a word about his non-performances or their impact on our ball-retention.
"Alan Smith roars that he has the attitude to fight a relegation battle"......ITS PARTLY YOUR FAULT, YOU CUNT!!!! YOU'RE SHIT!!!!

That was me being on the KIND side of he fence.
I know you've seen him play, and i know you're not f****** daft. You know i'm right, on this occasion.
I know you're right, I was taking the piss. You might hate him more than Wullie does.
I'll be hoest, mate, beyond the comedy pessism in general, i do hate the cunt.
He cost us a lot of money, due to a manager who was way over his head. And he's PROVEN himself to be not even good eough for the relegation battlers we now are.
He's one of half a dozen - maybe even 8 - minimum of the first team who aren't good enough to push on for the top 6.

f***** over developmentally???
HE'S s****!!!
He's a s**** midfielder, a s**** forward, and s**** footballer.
He can f*** off, the sooner the better.
Do you always sit on the fence when it comes to Smith?
That was me being on the KIND side of he fence.
I know you've seen him play, and i know you're not fucking daft. You know i'm right, on this occasion.

That Mirror story is complete bollocks imo.
imho, i reckon there's a hint of truth in there somewhere.
A line or two
Yet another area of your astouning expertise.
You're great.
-
If he keeps on playing Barton and Smith, he can f*** off.
Unless he clears out a lOT of the s**** - Smith, barton, Geremi, Carr, etc, he's a c***.
Or if he's really clever, he'll keep them cos they might be pretty handy next year......
Well, they ARE all good enough for the Championship, so if thats what you mean, yes.
-
How about Ashley personally involved in team selection?
Yeah, can't be Keegans fault, HE'S a god/genius/class manager.
-
fucked over developmentally???
HE'S SHITE!!!
He's a shite midfielder, a shite forward, and shite footballer.
He can fuck off, the sooner the better.

Smith is average. Not as bad as some of you make out.
Depends what you mean by average. He's not a Premiership player in a month of Sundays.
I actually think he's a better-than-average player considering his work rate, physicality, decent all-around technique etc. Purely based on aggregate individual ability he's probably better than the average Premiership player.
He just doesn't have a position. He can't play as a striker because Ferguson's failed experiment and a career-threatening injury completely ruined his goal-scoring instinct, can't play as an attacking midfielder because he doesn't have the vision, and can't play as a hard-tackling defensive midfielder because he was never properly programmed with the requisite defensive skillset.
If he wants to be a valuable asset to any Premiership side, his best bet is to stay at Striker and train intensively in shooting so he can get that spark back. For now, he's a classic example of "jack of all trades, master of none."
so very, very full of shit.

Classic NM. Not even signed yet.
Thats the point, for gods sake.
Wankers build these players up, then they turn out to be crap.
How about we just wait and find out what he's like, then decide? Unlike we did with Cacapa, Viduka, etc.
And yes, befoire that absolute cretin Baggio starts, with his pathetic stuck-record drone, i was all for Parker when he signed, thought he'd be ace. I was wrong, i admitted that, unlike many on here with their fanboy behaviour.
And the Taylor thing, yes i rate taylor. I've actually seen him play. Unlike most of the stupid cunts who want crap like Cacapa in his place.
-
I hope to fuck no-one is going to give it the "He's a class act, seen him a gazillion times, just what we need" bollocks.
Because enough peopel made that shite up with players in the past, even ones who clearly aren't up to it like Cacapa, and they looked like the lying, clueless cunts they are.
Funny coming from someone who rates Taylor.
Yeah, rating a player is so very bad, if its not one of the (actually not all that good) ones who the sheep on here think are ace.
And by "sheep", i mean "pathetic cunts who don't even go to the match, and aren't qualified to say fuck all, really".
-
Who is he going to come into the side for?
Abdoulaye Faye - The only way that will happen, is if Faye gets pushed into midfield.
Steven Taylor - Keegan wont drop him.
And then what does it mean about Cacapa? Just banished altogether?
Lets hope so.
-
Lua Lua.
I can only assume that those who are saying Geremi haven't actually seen him play for us, certainly not live.
I've never seen him play for us, and I'm a season ticket holder
In his defence, he did once try to make a pass. Before the ball was taken off him.
Which puts Barton as slightly better than him now, having made TWO WHOLE worthwhile passes.

Is there a major difference in opinion between season ticket holders and non-season ticket holders?
Waiting for "Everyone hates non-season ticket holders" thread to appear...
There is between those who go to the match and those who don't.
The worst of the latter being the incredibly stupid cunts who think you get a better idea of the game from watching on tv, or that by listening to some shite radio commentary, you are qualified to comment on the game.

Ferguson.

I think kk was right in many ways.
Because he was a great motivator, and almost a really good tactician, over 10 years ago.

The only 2 players I have seen putting any sort of forward pass that could lead to a goal have been Barton and Enrique. Just wondering if the latter has ever played in midfield at all as creativity is non existent whoever we play there.
Guess hoping for a Howey-like conversion to fill a much needed gap but also desperation type thinking as I pondered over the question. He seems to be able to pick a player out with a quick pass but whether this could work in midfield I dunno. Of course we would probably be struggling to find a left back again so maybe a non starter even if he was capable. Would like to hear what the more knowledgeable contributors think.
I've never thought of Enrique in midfield. I take your point about positive passing, but he doesn't really look like a potential midfield player to me. He's not afraid of taking responsibility though.
I'd agree with what I think you're saying about Barton - he's the best we have at playing the defence-splitting pass, and he's therefore more difficult to replace than a lot of people think. He's fairly ambitious in what he tries and as a result he loses it quite often, but a couple of times on Saturday he played inch perfect passes first time which left Owen one on one. We don't look like scoring many from crosses or set pieces, however many we put in, and we really need that creativity down the centre.
I don't have much doubt that Smith will be the replacement in midfield though. His passing is a lot better than he's given credit for, but obviously not as good as Barton's.
Yes, Bartons 2 good passes so far have made him far better than Smith, with his none. Thankfully, they are both essentially crap, so we will hardly notice the difference.

Attacking football without goalscorers would be bad enough. Attacking football without many players who are actually any good is even worse. And thats where we are now.
On Saturday our only 'decent' attacking footballers were a winger who runs like he's in treacle, and a forward who appears to have his boots on the wrong feet.

Many on Boards such as this spout off about the club without even havig seen the games, never mind GOING. Is that ok?
