You wouldn't get that from any other guy. If i was chairman of a club with a player worth 7M + I wouldn't want a loan deal for the guy tbh, cash upfront

What was it? I clicked the link and it came up blocked by websense. It was dirty lies, that's all. Dirty lies. Prophet knows the rules, and so do I.
  4. That opening sentence. I know I'm probably going a bit over the top, but it makes no fucking sense. It's the type of ill-fitting idiom that an 11 year would force into their pretend newspaper report for English class. Hiding that "publication" on NewsNow is up there with the greatest things I have ever done.

The powerful boner heralds the return of this thread to unstickyness. Ironically enough. ...and the love kickstarts again.

  7. He'd get one even if he had no caps, no-one get refused them now, you just have to prove someone else in who is a UK citizen couldn't do the same job in the same circumstances. I'm not sure of this. Last year Victor Nsofor Obinna was rejected for a work permit despite being a young player who was in and around the Nigerian squad for a few years and contracted to Inter Milan. Early forties?
  8. I like this. Keep them expectation levels ramping on upwards...

Bit more positive about the stadium, is the visit of the FIFA World Cup inspectors on Wednesday: Taken from .com. Not the first time Wenger has made some very pleasant comments about the Toon.

Type properly man you lazy bastard.
  12. Fact is, it's still hard to tell where we are. We were well beaten by a top side in Man Utd and today we faced a demoralised, disorganised, manger-less Villa. Ganna enjoy today though. Aye, next two games provide the real context but Nolan and Carroll are always going to score goals if the midfield and fullback/s are providing the ammo. Might seem easy to say after the fact but like I've said in the thread for it, I have both of them in my fantasy team. I understand they'll not get 5 goals between them every game but they are difficult to play against for all of their faults.
  13. WHERE ARE THE GOALS GONNA COME FROM MAN?!? Hope this result redresses the negativity a bit, without tipping the scales the other way of course. We have enough about us, but will struggle if injuries hit any of our key men.
  14. Anyone else have the foresight to pick Enrique, Nolan and Carroll? Nar, thought not. Shame the first two were on the bench! Hopefully two of my three Man Utd players don't play.
  15. I know, I was making a Back To The Future quip.
  16. Onouha will be this season though. Alrighty, Doc.
  17. Mensah is their best defender. Total Woodgate though (in terms of fitness).
  18. Are you saying the majority of people on here didn't watch the Ivory Coast in the World Cup? Quite a few have ESPN as well. Ok... I'll just wait for someone to tell me what's he's all about then. There you go.

  20. If Tiote is somewhere near the quality of Diame from Wigan I'll be chuffed. Every time I watch Wigan he looks very assured. Bit of a "no mans land" sort of midfielder though and I appreciate Tiote isn't as large as he is.
  21. More like a mix of Fergie and Jesus, for me. Exciting times.
