They have a lot more rotation of players. Man City have faster, more skillful players. Wigan, Stoke and teams like them cant catch up with them to break their legs.

No, he's always been awful. Go to the video website ( Not allowed to use the name ? Not sure ) Search Justin Whittle elbows shearer. You will see at about 30 seconds the Grimsby player take Shearer out in plain view of Halsey. Shearer gets nothing and asks Halsey why with a mouth full of blood. I still havn`t forgiven the cunt for that.
-
Or there legs broken, can`t see them going to the police if they deem not even worthy of a foul.
-
I agree. You could tell Pardew wanted to kick off but held back.
-
To be fair, Tiote isn't that sort of player Tiote was pulled by his shirt a split second before that so his timing went and he had been pushed aswell if I remember rightly. Yesterdays tackle was completely different the Wigan player had time and space to take him out.

Can`t stand hailsey, remember when he let that Grimbsy player take Shearer out. I`m fuming.

I don't have a problem with him being offside at all, seems a pointless criticism to me. Was it Obi Fem that constantly got caught offside ? Used to drive me crazy. Cisse isn`t that bad a few a game.

Scary stuff, Williamson edges closer back to first team football.

If we had an actual second forward/striker we wouldn`t look so useless going forward, or devoid of ideas when teams like Stoke come here to defend and counter. I can`t think of much more Pardew could have done tactically. We had enough shots and crosses, just no one to put them away naturally.

Seeing him last night made me chuckle, a few on here weeks back bashing Pardew for not bringing him on. On evidence of last night I can see why he never got on. Yes he has made a few brilliant sub appearences but Pardew obviously noticed a dip in form in training. I think he got a game last night just to protect a few for the Stoke game. Hopefully he will come good again.

He majorly pissed me off last night. Seeing him walk a round watching the team defend as a team, acting like he was too good to defend. At one point he was stationary near to a player bringing the ball forward to attack our goal and Sissoko had to run nearly the full length of the pitch to tackle the player 2 yards from Obertan.

I think our corner strategy is to not get caught out with a counter attack sadly enough. Apart from Taylor and Willi before who we aim for the rest are a team of midgets remember. It would be interesting to find out how many goals we have conceeded from a corner counter, I bet over the years its quadruple what we have managed to get an attempt even on target.

Only looking back a few seasons I would say Guthrie.

I don`t think we are getting anyone in the summer unless any go. Maybe a striker and thats it.

Completely undeserved. That new ref had a good game. Lastly what the fuck sort of noises was Dyer making when Cabaye took him out ? -
Yohan Cabaye (now sporting coordinator at Paris Saint-Germain)

Had to watch the Free kick against Man Utd a few more times while I was there. -
Despite clear footage to the contrary. Ok then... I saw insatnces of Pardew asking the players to stay back in that second half. No doubt. Why would he do that? Purely a coincidence that as soon as Shola stepped on the pitch, the ball started flying over our entire midfield with embarassing regularity? It was a calculated a plan. One Pardew thought was a genius idea to counter the pressure they were applying. He didn't have the confidence to allow us to settle back into a period of posession, by just freshening things up with Anita coming on for Jonas, and Mbiwa for Taylor. The man has no courage whatsoever. To leave Jonas on and take off Sissoko and Gouffran in particular, who still looked fresh, was crazy. Myself and others have seen footage, during the particularly dark times of last night, where it is clear that Pardew is telling his players to keep the ball. That seems to me to go directly against your 'guess' that Pardew instructed the players to hit the ball long. Yes at one point he lost it, shouting when Krul hoofed it forward for the tenth time, with seconds between Shola doing nothing and it coming straight back.

san lorenzo could buy out his contract Not really, Gross Misconduct is fairly standardised to include actions in own time that can impact negatively on the club and its image. Bringing the employer into disrepute is taken to mean the situation whereby conduct by an employee outside of the workplace becomes apparent and due to their employment within a particular job, that conduct becomes associated with that employer. One of the hardest to Gross Misconduct for tbh. This was part of a dissmissal I carried out this week. I added in a few others to be safe and cover my self , Serious Insubordination, Serious incapability at work brought on by alcohol or illegal drugs and General conduct, performance and Attitude. I would stay well clear of sacking someone for suspicion of anything.

I was just thinking back and reading some posts, how can Pardew finish 5th one season and probably 17th the next ? Then I remembered a few clubs have done this but I think the best example are Everton and Moyes. They got into Europe I think 02/03 and finished 17th the next season under Moyes. The same reasons, Europe, paper thin squad, too many weak links, a bit more bad luck than the average season and injuries. I`m expecting comments of how can you compare Pardew to Moyes but Moyes was very poor tactically in his second season as well. You can learn a lot from a very bad season especially if you manage to stay up and finish 4th the next as Moyes did. Is this Pardews first ever season in Europe as a manager ? And was it Moyes ? Learning curve. I don`t know I havn`t read the Everton history page, Lets hope anyway because thats all the optimism I have left to give this forum and myself. 2001-02 38 8 4 7 26 23 3 6 10 19 34 -12 43 15th 2002-03 38 11 5 3 28 19 6 3 10 20 30 -1 59 7th 2003-04 38 8 5 6 27 20 1 7 11 18 37 -12 39 17th 2004-05 38 12 2 5 24 15 6 5 8 21 31 -1 61 4th 2005-06 38 8 4 7 22 22 6 4 9 12 27 -15 50 11th 2006-07 38 11 4 4 33 17 4 9 6 19 19 +16 58 6th 2007-08 38 11 4 4 34 17 8 4 7 21 16 +22 65 5th 2008-09 38 8 6 5 31 20 9 6 4 24 17 +18 63 5th 2009-10 38 11 6 2 35 21 5 7 7 25 28 +11 61 8th 2010-11 38 9 7 3 31 23 4 8 7 20 22 +6 54 7th 2011-12 38 10 3 6 28 15 5 8 6 22 25 +10 56 7th With Everton 2001-02: 15th 2002-03: 7th 2003-04: 17th 2004-05: 4th (Qualification for UEFA Champions League) 2005-06: 11th 2006-07: 6th (Qualification for UEFA Cup) 2007-08: 5th (Qualification for UEFA Cup) 2008-09: 5th (Qualification for UEFA Europa League) 2009-10: 8th 2010-11: 7th 2011-12: 7th

I think these types of tweets prove Pardew hasn`t lost the players yet. Which is good if MA is sticking with him. how? I assume, thats what we all do right ? That if he is willing to speak out then he knows its the general concensus of the players. Ranger seems easily influenced and a follower by his actions over the past few years. He doesn`t strike me as a leader or someone to voice his opinion despite being singular in that.
