Don`t worry he would have scored 3 by 60mins with Ba playing the full 90.
-
I think he came off today with Mondays game in mind, I think it might be the other way round on Monday with Cisse coming off earlier.
-
Skysports replayed it soo many times I missed Cisse I think getting taken out like 8 mins worth of replays of Simo later. Where as they only showed Carroll trippin on a blade of grass 2 times. I know I`m not imagining how biased Sky is sometimes.

For us, aye. He was shocking. Aye. Missed handball. Perch could have been sent off at the end. Perch and Willi were in his line of sight for the handball, it came off Willys face anyway, we only denied them an own goal lol.
-
Not bad but thought Perch should have got MOM especially for the double block where they nearly scored. His off the face own goal attempt was painful to watch, lucky simo armed it off the line
-
Ref had a good game today.
-
Why are people disapointed with Perchinators reaction ? All season we are on the recieving end of stupid acting and refs buy it and it costs us points. All season we have under reacted to shit thinking the ref would notice without the play acting and they don`t. If Perchinator didn`t go down like a pussy then Reina would have kicked it up field with us out of position and scored on the counter. Fight fire with fire I say. We aren`t going to change how the game is played and we aren`t going to win the fair play league.
-
Lol my thoughts too. Its like an alternative reality. The past few games hes played. Have we really been that poor ?
-
He couldn`t make a tackle all yesterday was really poor again defensively, I don`t know whats happened to him. Saying that he would make a brilliant LW or RW.
-
Yeah was shocked Jonas got it, maybe for his first half but he disappeared for the second until right at the end saying that most of the team looked drunk first 15mins of the second half, falling over and acting weirdly.. Perch and Guthrie played really well.

Williamson is getting more comical each game. Trying to copy Ben Arfa dribble a ball out of defense, slicing a ball backwards with his foot facing forwards, hoofing it when he had space and time and not when he`s under pressure, heading it to anyone other than a black and white. Don`t get me started on our corner routine to him either. Its not just the odd once its all game every match. Surely we must have one CB in the reserves.

Was ridiculous today. He ruined what was going to be a good match.

Why are you listing right sided midfielders ahead of Arfa ? "Ben Arfa spent three years at the academy and, upon leaving, signed with Olympique Lyonnais, where he won four Ligue 1 titles. In his early career at Lyon, he played as a centre forward" He spent 1994-2008 In a CF position. It was only then he switched to RW. He himself prefers CF and doesn`t really like RW. As I see it part of the deal signing was to be used as a Centre Forward. Its Ba and Cisse getting ahead of him which is justified in my eyes. I think if we get into Europe you will see alot more of him. Also He has spent most of his career as a substitute from what I have read. He has had only about 150 senior appearences scoring about 20 goals. I think he is a talent but not what some people are making him out to be.

In the name of god Pardew let the team play football!
Rebellious replied to Parky's topic in Football
I don`t think Pardew is stopping us playing football, we can defend and we can score goals, but we need a few weeks training on passing the ball to a team mate firstly, even when rarely there is a an option in space. Quite how Pardew can be blamed for, Krul, Guthrie, Ben Arfa, Cabaye, Willi and Tiote passing it to a Wolves player with no pressure on is puzzling to me. Secondly they need some training on finding some space and giving options. Thirdly they needed to be more alive to a pass, as alive as the Wolves players incepting the intended pass. The second half reminded me of the old Newcastle, getting the ball and instantly giving it away for another 5 min spell of pressure. Ben Arfa reminded me again of Zoggy in his first year, get ball run into touch or player, repeat. Jonas needs to cut down on the B&H as his impressive stamina has done a runner. -
Tottenham 5 - 0 Newcastle United - 11/02/12 - post-bumrape discussion from p43

I have agreed with Pards not using HBA because he looses the ball too much and the games where we have needed him of been close or too physical. For the first time yesterday I thought it was the type of open game we could have used him. -
Thought it was woeful again. That corner decision from Ba's freekick was terrible too. Influenced by the crowd completely. Also will the FA do something about the blatant play acting by Defoe. Cheating cockney c***. Yeah, that was a joke. There was a close up of Harry telling to Defoe to stop being a knob. All the 50/50 penalties we could of had we never get and our defenders looked scared to tackle in the box yesterday due to penalty after penalty against them.

Missed Steven Taylor today. Willi looks the championship defender he is for the past few games now.
-
It all happened so quick, All I remember was Obertan watching from near the centre circle as usual. For the first ober or perch should have been at the back post as colo went out to cover for Santon and everyone shifted over a place. Willi, Krul and Simpson all missed the chance to cut the ball out, Ober or Perch should have been marking that big haired freak that scored.

Loads of poor performances. Glad we didn`t pick up any injuries, thats the only thing we can take away. Tottenham were on fire and we were not. Even if we had Cabaye and Toite we would have got raped, only difference is they care a bit more and probably would have got sent off trying to effect the result. -
When he loses out on a decision or he messes up he just stands there like he couldn`t give 2 fucks. Where as other players get on with it or go into overdrive to get the ball back. Winds me up beyond belief.

Newcastle 4-1 Real Mallorca was my second game, didn`t Eto play for them then ?
-
Nope, I was there and he took it between his between his index finger and thumb, at arms length as if it were a dirty rag and thew it to another player. Talking to people in the away end on the day, that action turned a lot of people against Dyer and made the refusing to play incident a lot worse than it was. I seem to remember Dyer, Bellamy, Jenas and I think Bramble behaving like right little bastards towards the end of SBR reign. For me, they were a siginficant reason he was sacked, so I hope Dyer really does feel bad about it. Wasn`t Bramble. I would go to the games then from getting tickets from him and parking pass`s off Speedo. I remember Jenas and Dyer not even hanging around the players lounge but Bramble stuck around with the team. From what I remember SBR would sort Bramble out with extra tickets and stuff. Bramble used to be seen out in town with the other two but was nothing like them, quite the opposite. This is from knowing all of them, Bramble Dyer and Bobby from there Ipswich connections. SBR also mentioned how the media scapegoated Bramble so much it actually hindered his career with us and made him more error prone. I would take 90% of what the media say with a pinch of salt, wasn`t something along the lines of SBR couldn`t control the younger part of the dressing room ? that was bollocks.

I'm expecting a media witch hunt resulting in a ban for this one to be honest. Probably, if Sammon's was reminded then theirs noway they can Colo. Sky's commentary tonight was the most biased I've ever seen it, they might as well have just got their cocks out and showed us themselves wanting over Liverpool instead of trying to hide it. I don`t think i`ve ever seen that close up slow mo during a match before highlighting a coming together to make it look worse.
