  1. Seems like we've already established that every journalist talking about another buyer is pretty much inventing it just to be negative. Or in one case just hates them. So Caulkin is straight up lying when he says he knows who they are?
  2. Has no one had any conversations with birds today or maybe tried to squeeze one?
  3. BZG have claimed to have provided proof of funds. Theres no actual evidence to prove this. True but i bet you think they set up Monochrome acquisitions for a laugh. You are being negative for the sake of being negative Well it doesn't cost much to set up a company ffs. I suppose you believe that we're definitely sold seeing as they set up a company eh? It's Mike Ashley ffs, the most likely outcome is the one we've seen multiple times. No I don’t think we are definitely sold but the company was set up for a reason and not for a laugh. I dont think anyone is saying they've set it up for a laugh. Some people are saying that they might be exaggerating how close they are to completing the deal.
  4. What would they gain by going public with it? I believe Caulkin a lot more than random arabian Twitter accounts or NUFC ITK's just trying to gather some followers. I don't necessarily think there is anything to gain from it, it's just funny how the media (Not saying Caulkin has) are/were quick to dismiss BZG all the while claiming there is other interested parties yet they aren't able to put a name to them. Funny? It's pretty logical. If Caulkin (and others) firmly believes there are other bidders in advanced talks, it's easy to see why they are sceptical of one party claiming they are almost done with the purchase. Whether they have the right or wrong info is another matter but the longer it takes the more it looks like BZG's statements may have been a bit premature / exaggarated.

  6. Ahh thats more like the Odin I remember
  7. How thick do you have to be to go asking him for info?
  8. That Twitter account is so clearly shite. Just keeps whoring for attention.

    Copa America 2019

Paraguay was awful. Just running at the defense with the front 3-4, everyone else scratching their balls. Qatar was much better than I expected.

    Copa America 2019

    That pitch looks pretty terrible.
  11. Odin mate I think you better get the lube ready.
  12. I imagine Odin may have some credibility in the work he does so might not think of him as your typical johhny public. I'm just assuming this mind as no sure what Odin really does. I appreciate that you want to view absolutely everything as a positive but that's stretching it a bit
  13. Here we gan. That's gonna find its way to one of the loons that lurks in the bushes at the training ground. Takeover off. I think Stifler prefers letters?
  14. Sounds like a very professional guy.
  15. My whole point is that if you put a valuation that's "way over the top" on a club (or anything, like a car, remember?) I cant consider you to be committed to selling it no matter what you say on Skysports. At no point have I said things couldnt be different now. I just questioned the rewriting of history.
  16. How's your asking 5000 for a 500 pound car theory coming along? Get back to me when you understand the difference between a theory and a metaphor. If you seriously think Ashley has been an active and serious seller for years then be my quest but I think you find yourself pretty alone in that corner. Because nobody has matched his price, not rocket science but seems a bit hard for you to understand. Unbelievably naive. It's incredibly naive and it just shows some people will believe pretty much anything Ashley wants. Wait and see and I'm going to love it when this takeover happens Wait and see You really don't understand what people are talking about here at all do you? If he ends up selling the club now then how exactly does it prove he has tried to sell the club for years? It's you who said he wasn't a willing seller all I said is that his value for the club was never previously met and that he wouldn't until it was met. If he ends up selling at the price being said this will show what I said was right i.e. his value of the club has been met and he is now selling, dear me it really isn't hard you know The conversation was about his whole time here not just about this summer. You have no idea about the terms he is willing to sell with now do you? 1) Things might have changed because his other business interest and he's prepared to make a deal he previously wasnt. 2) He might have finally found someone who is willing to pay "over the market price" for the club. I think the most telling sign about his willingness to part with the club has been the time it has taken to get to a stage where we are now. Just repeatedly shouting about no one paying him his asking price doesnt prove he has been realistic or truthful about his intentions to sell before. E: Maybe thats enough about this now. You think he has been trying to sell the club for years or whatever time. I dont. Let's hope he's selling it now regardless of what his intentions have been in the past.

  19. Poor Mike!! He's clearly tried so hard too. 10 years of trying to sell us? And nobody until now has matched his valuation it's not rocket science you know I like how the narrative has suddenly changed just because everyone is desperate to believe this is happening. We've talked about how there might be a reason why its taken him this long to sell, as in his valuation is unrealistic. We've talked about him inserting clauses in potential takeovers about SD advertisement etc. Now he's suddenly a willing seller who has spent a lot of money trying to get rid of the club for ages. See that's where (some) people are not getting it. It doesn't matter what the support or other bodies think is the realistic valuation for the club, it's what Ashley as the current owner of the club thinks is realistic. If nobody matches that valuation he won't sell. As I said it's not rocket science. I think you're the one not getting it. If I have a car worth about 500 pounds and I'm saying I'll sell it for 5 000 pounds would you say I'm a willing seller trying to get rid of my car? e: Just to be clear the point im disputing is that he has been truthful in his attempts to sell the club. He has had no intention to sell unless someone offered insane money for it. Maybe things have changed now because of his other business interests, who knows.
