I think we were a bit surprised about how they dropped back and let us play it out of the back before pressing. Took away our counters pretty effectively and slower attacks really produced nothing of note. Also caused us to lose the ball multiple times when trying to play through the midfield ending in a bunch of great opportunities for them to score.

Aye, we've worked the ball around better than they have, imo. Whaaat? Strongly disagree with that like We've passed the ball between defenders and midfielders and very quickly lost the ball in bad positions causing them multiple dangerous counter attacks. They lose the ball in our box, we lose it in midfield latest.

They seem to be quicker and stronger to every loose ball. Something that we're usually pretty good at.

He’s a £20 m player which in truth is the average price for a average player, when you scrape around in the dogshit isle this fee will look astronomical to us and think he’s a world beater when in truth he could be very average....like his price tag, top notchers like Pogba were north of £80m . I fear too many are building him up to be the new Messi . When in truth for the very average fee in today’s market he could just as well be ....ermmm average.Hope he’s not but ... Dont think we really needed to bring in any more wingers. There's two spots free behind Rondon to fill. They drift wide but arent really wingers. We now have Almiron, Perez, Atsu & Kenedy. Unlikely we could've improved that position with a loan.
