  1. That's not even a freekick ffs.
  2. What a moronic referee falling for Suarez's embellishing.
  3. Baines is going to look back at his footballing career with such regret once it's all over. That haircut, man.
  4. Bit greedy by Saha after some good work. There were better options.
  5. Anyone reckon Moyes goes on about the financial gulf to motivate his players into having a point to prove? (Like the way Pardew seems to have motivated Ba/Best!) Pretty astute, if so.
  6. You go on other forums, Neil? [/tried not to act hurt] Fancy an Everton win today. It's the first neutral derby of the season I've looked forward to (the Brum ones are dogshite!).
  7. You've selected 3-0 win to Wolves, Skirge ! Edit: It's circa 225/1

    Sunderland...

Newcastle away, Sunderland at home. It's been like this for years and years.... Easy to say with the benefit of high sight. http://www.readytogo.net/smb/showthread.php?t=632840

    Alan Pardew

Deserved, Spurs have responded brilliantly to getting dicked by City.
  10. Tomorrow looks difficult. Probably just a single: Man City -1 Edit: Fuck that, just saw some of the European fixtures. Will chuck some of the heavyweights in too.
  11. Yeah, bit premature IMO. Spirit is shown (or not) when you're down, not when you're unbeaten and riding high. There was the Arsenal game last season, but if you're talking about this season - can't really be sure yet. We rebounded well to going down against Villa mind you, although they were dogshit.
  12. I felt sorry for Dresden's lack of bites, so I tried to help him out.
  13. Undeniably. Very underrated in terms of entertainment - very pleasing on the eye.
  14. If Santos was even willing to swing his right foot at that, it's 1-0.
  15. Same. Spurs lacking any real quality so far.

    Shola Ameobi

True enough - but he's so far down the 'attacking options' order now Marveaux, Ben Arfa and *shudder* Lovenkrands are in contention - I don't think he'll see the pitch anytime soon. Who knows though.

Not good news tbh. All it means is Lovenkrands gets bumped up the pecking order - and Pardew has been banging (no, not on doors/women - this time) on about how much he should have been playing/deserves his chance. Wouldn't be surprised to see Lovenkrands as our first sub this weekend.

    Sunderland...

Louis Laing hopefully. Ahh heard good things about him. Bit in the deep end though, do you really have no faith in the two mentioned above? The two mentioned won't be anywhere near the squad never mind starting. Turner will most likely start but I'd rather give Laing a go, if you are going to give a well touted kid a go then games against West Brom at home are where he should be getting bedded in. Haven't you learnt you shouldn't underestimate teams after your list of "should win" games last season? That was so entertaining. Watching them gradually (try to) deduct the points as they lost games they'd already calculated as being "in the bag".
