Decisions to make, but they should have nothing to do with Jonas. Best player since January 2011.

Cheers Bish Can't complain, would take the derby win and messing up at FF as usual
-
Forget all these French avatars, signatures etc - we need some more Argentine appreciation for our two biggest superstars. Jonas and Colo.
-
I bring Bent into my team, so of course Gabriel 'five games a season' Agbonlahor and Emile bloody Heskey get the goals. I'm turning into Neil.

Liking the sombrero-troller in the last panel

Just watching the Villa match, was thinking Sunderland could really benefit from a player like Darren Bent.
-
Already posted on here about him, but still buzzing about his ability to beat players and drive at defences. Different class.

Feck off Moyes, starting Saha on the bench!

Krul - 10 Did nothing wrong and everything right. Shame he had to be used so much. Simpson - 6 Unconvincing if I'm honest. Distinct lack of composure with the ball at his feet. Colo - 9 BEAST. So glad he's our captain. Definition of class. STaylor 7 Pitched in really well, another passioned filled performance. Probably an extra half mark for his entertainment in trying to convince us he got a touch. What a cheeky sod. Raylor - 7 Fantastic goal. Thank you. You're a star, mate. Defensively shite. Gutierrez - 9 - MOTM (yes, ahead of Tim '10' Krul - for having such an impact). When everyone else's head as dropped and it looked like we were losing fight, his running sparked the team back to life. What a sexy bastard, tbh. Tiote - 6 Looked off the pace to me still. Gave the ball away in dangerous areas, his awareness and composure a little off. No blame attached to him, still one of our greatest assets. Just hope he catches up with those who had a decent pre-season soon Cabaye - 7.5 Still not sure what to make of Cabaye.. he's a bit of a firecracker. Very lucky to stay on the pitch though. Certainly demonstrated lots of potential. Barton 7 - Faded in and out of the game, but there when it counted. Unlucky to have Webb chalk off his assist for a penalty. Obertan 6 - No disrespect, but I forgot to give him a mark just now. Largely anonymous for the most. Looks a good athlete, but he keeps his head down, and I'm yet to see any great technique. Obviously not a write-off by any means, but not his best day. Ameobi 8 - Tremendous job. Webb - Twat Two - Larsson handball penalty/red card, Cattermole should have been off for two yellows and a myriad of other homer decisions. Very mixed bag of performances, basically. They were certainly the better side for the most part, and credit to them - but a few great performances saved our bacon. Though some insane refereeing also saved theirs. Really, really weird one. C'est la vie. [/All IMO.]

In difficult circumstances, with heaps of pressure, did himself very proud. Really, really pleased with that performance. Justified starting ahead of Ba today (who has so far looked a bit off the pace). Well done Shola, sorry you didn't add to your strike rate!

Towering keeper today. No doubt 'Unbelievable!' will be on here later absolutely loving it Incredible performance. Reallly happy with his development, and glad we didn't give up on him during his shakier spells last season.
-
One more goal, and he'll have scored as many for us as against us! What a strike, what a moment. Well done Raylor
-
Incidentally, it shouldn't be swept under the carpet because we won - what a tool Howard Webb was. Ridiculous homer.

Might have a cheeky pop over to RTG

MOTM! By a country mile.

TOP OF THE LEEEEAGUE!
-
Fucking love Gutierrez for getting that freekick.
-
Oh what? I was fucking joking. Fuck off Pardew, man.
-
I don't get why Raylor is playing. Ferguson did complete 90 minutes this week, right? Or am I going crazy...
-
Lovenkrands on for Cabaye apparently.

I know it's early doors, and I'm willing to admit (later) that this may be a bit knee-jerk, but his absence has really thrown off our game IMO. We've lost all comfort on the ball at the back. No more triangles to take the ball out of our defence down the flank with Tiote, Gutierrez, Enrique triangles. Just looks a bit stale, with limited options when we try that now - when we try at all.
