Holy shit, what a night if Atletico hold on.
-
Fucking Costa, lovely lovely jubbly!
-
COSTA 0-1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Rafinha has completely ripped the piss out of Arsenals left this half.
-
Would have benched them from the start.
-
Pretty even, Milan had better chances first half, can see it heading for 0-0 or 0-1 hopefully for me. Although I'm mainly watching Bayern match so take my opinions with a pinch of salt.
-
Technique was fucking amazing there.
-
A Costa Atletico win and Bayern scoring 2 goals would make it a fantastic night. Tempted to bet heavy on Bayern just now, surely they will go on to win it?
-
World class save from Courtois, Milan should be winning.
-
Kaka hit the bar, great strike.
-
Shocker of a pen.
-
Their team isn't very good.
-
Got far too many bets on tonight, getting silly now.

I've got Costa anytime and Atletico + an NBA game I did last night, despite knowing absolutely 0 about NBA. Can see it being a draw the more I think about it, both sides would take it I think.
-
I quite like Atletico DNB, don't trust them to go all out for a win at the San Siro though. Could be a good in-play one perhaps.

Wow, coz I think you've played wank. Are you not watching? 10 men, yes they've kept the ball. Shite upfront for a supposed attacking team. Man City could barely get the ball when they had 11 men. I really wonder sometimes about the lucidity of some football watchers. You'd have to be on some heeavy acid to think Barca weren't in control of that game.

Wow, coz I think you've played w***. Are you not watching? 10 men, yes they've kept the ball. s**** upfront for a supposed attacking team. They've controlled possession away to one of the best teams in Europe as well as scored two. Not the best I've seen from them, but one of their better performances this season. It doesn't matter if they 'control possession' when it's 0-0. Hate that phrase, become what the likes of Swansea fans use as daily w*** material. They were playing Manchester City away. It is a good performance when you make City look like school boys at their home game. It's absolutely ridiculous to suggest that wasn't a good performance.
-
Solid performance from Barca.

Good having Andy Gray on this, hopefully that wet little shite Owen is out the door?
-
How much did that Wickham cost, £10m was it?
-
What a greedy, silly cunt that Wickham is.

I never really understand how his results with Norwich prove anything tbh. He doesn't exactly have much to work with there. Or am I missing something? Hughton is clearly a really nice guy but I guess it's safe to say that he's not a top level PL manager (nor is Pardew obviously). He has been given decent money and Norwich play horrible football. Neither are good enough for us. Also, the recent results are disgraceful but we are not getting relegated this season ffs. See, this bit is just not true I'm afraid. I've watched them more often than not this season just to see if this was actually made up or not and it's nonsense. They are trying to play football the right way every match with some limited players, last match for example carved West Ham open 3/4 times and just couldn't finish. This has been their problem all season. RVW has been a poor signing and yes you can blame Hughton for that, but who saw that coming? And they haven't really spent anymore money than anyone else around them btw. Yes it's not been a great season for them but to say they play horrible football is incorrect unless you are a fan of the shit Pardew offers up.

Ive given up watching games, not been to sjp since championship season. Ive gone back to listening on the Radio- we play much better football on the radio. It's different for me being from scotchland but I haven't been to a game since Hughton either, bit of a shitter considering I'm much closer to Newcastle now and could afford quite a few a season. You are a wee bit older cp40 aren't you? How does this time rate with some of the other shit times the club has had, before Keegan? last time it felt this bad for me was the late 80s relegation/ maybe the dismal season after losing to safc in the play offs. There was far more unrest back then tho- seemd to be endless protests, storming the directors entrance after games. Pitch invasions ( i was on) and teh Magpie groups taking over the club. This lot have no ambition, and are so remote, they are unaccountable. For me it was the loss in the FA cup, and then the Mackems that put another nail in the coffin- Safe in the league(hopefully) no Europe- there was everything to play for in the FA cup- not many seasons we would get the luxury of throwing everything at the FA cup- and we just didnt bother. At least then the fans were still up for it, seems like no one can be arsed anymore. Personally I think that is to do with the way football has gone and not just this club though.
