Barely touched him slightly touched under his foot

How has Olise been playing? Brace I see.
-
Is he injured often? Very good signing otherwise imo.

I’m pretty sure that Howe knows that’s it not the entire fan base saying it. I’m also certain that he both knows and accepts that it’s a part of football when things don’t go too well. Nothing to make a meal out of.

I can see us going on a good run. However, I honestly believe that a couple of quality signings is needed if we are to have a really really strong second half of the season. Mostly because of the psychological aspect. It would give the rest of the squad a massive massive positive and lift spirits greatly. Secondly, to improve quality. A lot can happen in half a season. I just hope we get the players in early. If we are looking to get anyone in. Quality is key.

Could very well be right. Not sure Howe likes your typical creative players though. I hope he does, because we need it to get to the next level.
-
Even if they “can” play there it would make us too predictable. Just with better quality than now. Not that much better in possession though.

Don’t be silly. Only one or a couple of idiots say this. At least on here. Best thing is to ignore the stupid minority who go this far. They are not worth taking seriously. Fortunately there aren’t many at all on here. Most make valid points. Some better than others.
-
That is true. Personally I think we would be better off with one of the wide players being able to offer some creativity don’t you? Especially since Howe doesn’t seem to want a creative attacking midfielder.
-
Still think we would struggle against low blocks. Very good in transitions though.
-
I think so too. That’s why I wasn’t fond of the Barnes signing with Gordon here already. Especially when the RW hasn’t been sorted out which should have been the prior for me over another leftie.
-
Personally I struggle to see where the creativity/flair would come from with both of these starting? Said it a long way back before the injuries. Starting these two makes us slightly predictable. Especially against teams that sit slightly deeper. They could be very effective players in transitions mind.

None of them offer any proper flair/creativity either.
