A player like Solanke wouldn’t offer us sale on value either really. At this point we need top quality players but also players that can be an amazing investment potentially. When considering FFP. Preferably we wouldn’t have to sell any quality player whatsoever, but that’s not the reality atm really. (This is based on assuming that we would have gone for him if possible)

I might be wrong but it feels like Big Joe has come back too early on a few occasions now. Earlier than it was expected. Maybe it didn’t make any difference but I’m not sure why we tried to go with Joelinton in the 2nd half when he clearly had pain and had some muscle problem before half time.

Livramento is twice the player. He has just been knackered or slightly injured lately due to the schedule. He has decent PL experience so this ain’t his first few games in the league coming from the academy or anything like that. If fit and fresh he should be one of the first names on the team sheet. Going forward he should play most games. I appreciate Burn and like him btw. I just don’t rate him as highly as some.

Totally agree. For example IF we do sign another expensive striker then I’d like it to be a younger one with much higher potential both when it comes to football ability and as an “investment”. Signing a proper quality young striker for say 40-60m or whatever and that player could be worth 100+ in a not too distant future. It doesn’t necessarily have to be this expensive either. Can also be spread out.
