  1. Going to the floor easily, working hard and all that stuff, but will still end up in disappointment.

I would like to drink some champagne with Pardew at Grand Canyon. I know the perfect place for it. And give him a nice big pat on the back.............

We might win against Norwich and WBA with the same team (apart from Debuchy missing the 1st) but we're, well Pardew is going to make it so much harder going in with the same setup as against the better sides where we had the right players to put in a solid display defensively and most of all players that are very capable of effective counter attacking. The next two teams we play will require another tactic to break down imo. I'd gladly be proven wrong though.
  4. I really do like hime, but he hasn't progressed much at all, if anything. But time is on his side.

The next two home games will show if we've learned how to play offensive football, trying to break lesser teams down. Which i doubt we have. A narrow win and a draw is what i expect.

I think he's an arse licker!

    Should go for Ibra
  8. With Norwich looking likely to sit back, forced or not, i'd go with a midfield 3 of Cabaye, Tioté and Anita. Yes, we could use Anita at RB but imo he's vital to us in CM to make us play with a higher tempo and help us to break them down. Sissoko is more effective when there's space to run into. If we wanna win this we have to move the ball quickly to get the Norwich players dragged out of their positions. If we don't do that they'll find their defending comfortable. I'd go with: Krul Santon Willo Mapou Haidara Tioté Anita Cabaye HBA Gouffran Remy But it will probably be the same team as before, with Anita replacing Debuchy...Stalemate?
  9. Looks like a mean bastard. Can even imagine Tiote running away to hide in the closet
  10. I wouldn't. No one really deserves to be dropped after wins against Chelsea and Spurs, but imo the same starting eleven is more suited to counter attacking than breaking teams down like we'll have to do against Norwich if we wanna make it easier to win. At half-time we could drop Anita at CM, take Tiote off... play HBA, Cisse whatever. I'd wait for it to stutter before changing. We make too many changes and concede 2 in the first half and we'll be back to square one. I'd start HBA.
  11. Having players making runs off the ball a bit more often has helped him as well.

    Unfortunately you're right Tron.
  13. I could have said it better though
  14. I know he's banned. I'm confused. How can we have the same starting XI then? We wont! My reply was aimed at TCD's "keep the rest the same", which i wouldn't want us to. I understand that i didn't make it very clear. I agree with the Anita bit.

  16. One of my favourite players atm.

    Don't think so.
  18. I think Haidara did well against City.
  19. This will be another waste of a season :( Should have cut loose ages ago and hired a quality manager. God i would have loved that!
  20. Disagree. After the first 20 minutes we started to show a decent bit of attacking intent. Well maybe not for the whole first half, but a bit more than 20 minutes imo.
  21. We were ultra defensive and hoofed it! Didn't press them much at all in the first half iyam.
