Signed Sahin on loan. No option to buy.
£5 million loan fee. And his wages.
-
What´s our net spend since we came up? Surely we have sell more than we have bought for?
More than likely given we got £35m just for Carroll.
And we want to be a CL club
Yeah we were miles off last season.
It is very impressive what we are doing and have done. But think what we could have done if Ashley put in just £10m every summer. That is frustrating.

He can play his cup games.

As said. If this is it. It really shows Ashley´s lack of ambition. We have spent about £5m, and we came 5th last season. Name one club that have spent less! And tomorrow we are up against a club that spent +£50m.
Though I will give him the hard work at the development squad, looks really exciting.

When are we going to spend some money
-
Johnson would have been a great signing. Jonas over him as a winger...
-
btw, imagine to see all of Nolan´s goals
-
What if we never score two goals more
-
Jonas hasn't lost his spark IMO, he's just not the type of player we assumed he was.
I think he has. Before he was great at just run past players. Now he just can´t do that. He has become a different type of player that demands a different kind of position.
-
Think I would go with Marv after all. He is the best ball player of the lot.
No chance of that happening after last night
Ture. But who should play Ba at the wing...
Because I can only see us struggling in a 4-4-2 (will probably be that formation though).

With a 4-3-3 the wingers can drop down so it gets a 4-5-1. I think that is how we should play. We need protection in the center, otherwise we will get out run in the middle. We saw it against Spurs and Chelsea will be tougher.
4-5-1 with Jonas in the middle with Tioté and Cabaye, and Ben Arfa and... God no. I cant come up with another name here
-
Fell in love with him the first time I saw him Shame that I couldn´t watch the game last night.
-
Excellent if we can keep our good players. But why should that stop us from get in new ones? If we can keep the squad together we have an excellent chance to really get going. Would be a shame to miss that chance.
-
Luuk De Jong scores an own goal. 1-3.
-
Don´t get this "most important is to keep the players atm". Surly we can get out and buy some players too. Or does the club think that they can run away if we leave to negotiate with a club over a new player

Can't believe I posted this four years ago and it's only took him up until last season to get his act together.

Steven Taylor: Start actually performing like a Premiership footballer or f*** off.
Think everyone is too harsh.
Don´t make any mistake at all and has been really solid in the past few weeks. Get him a contract and he will be a great player for us next year.

Talking about penalty´s. I´m never confidence when Ba is stepping up to take a penalty. Was glad to see HBA take one.
Tbh. The only time a feel confidence when we have a penalty is when Shola is taking it

Some people wants to live in a big city and some don´t. Here in Sweden Stockholm is big a large distance the biggest city. Still I wouldn´t want to live there.
Sure if you have a lot of money you could do a lot of things in a big city. But first of all you are there to play football. Second of all you could always travel there...
It should really be a bad place if I would choose club based of the city From my point of view it should always be about the team and club.
-
If you ask me I would never ever start Shola in a game again.

Tioté is awesome - nuff said!

Come on now. What´s with this pessimism?
It will be a tough game - Yes. Chelsea may win - Yes. But there is nothing that suggest that we can´t be able to get a result, or even win.
As said. I hope we not go 4-4-2.
