Personally, it's a non-profit organization that should be paying men and women equally, regardless of how much more lucrative the men's game is worldwide than the women's. Could probably do with a bit more context to that graph like Total money drawn? Attendance monies? And non-profit is not the same as just pay everyone the same regardless of what they actually provide to the organization.

I'd like to know: total attendance drawn, cost of tickets for attendance, prize money won. I'm going to hazard a guess and say the USMNT make a lot more money going to a world cup than the women do.
