I like it The progression from making a serious point, realising you just can't do it, giving up, but ultimately deciding, "fuck it, I'll just post it anyway". This is a great place.

Not over the line yet. All we did was meet a minimum fee release clause. The player and his friends assume he is thus going to sign for NUFC... then he gets into our boardroom, where we offer him tuppence ha'penny. We then stretch it out for a week, and start leaking stuff to the press about how unreasonable a man he is for wanting to be paid a sensible wage. Another week passes and there was "nothing we could do". Shola signs a 6 year renewal, and finally gets the number 9 shirt, as cisse has been turned into glue by this point.

Be 60 by the time he's signed. Good job it doesn't make any difference to PSG. This will do Chelsea's FFP numbers a treat. How convenient.

It's been like that for some time. You think the argies are losing sleep over the hand-of-god? I doubt it. I understand the desire for the game to be this pure entity that only benefits those who play it properly, but it's never been that way, even if it is admittedly more commonplace nowadays for people to cheat/playact to win.

If that's the case, why are you still talking about it alomst half a century later? Absolutely woeful point. I know it happened and I am using it as an example of something that absolutely no-one in the UK considers as tarnishing our world cup win. It's a perfectly salient point, and I have little time to deal with shite replies like this. If you've not got anything worthwhile to add, at least post a hilarious animated gif. Now jog on, shithouse.

The polic crew are liars, that's what I say. Ball wasn't over the line in '66 but nee one gives a shit about that, we won the world cup. Had we punched the ball off the line at some point and they missed the pen, we still would've won the world cup, and after 6 months had passed, that's all that people would remember. The history books only show who won, not how they won. [/jerrythekinglawler]

Maybe I should not drive and type

he's not signed yet... plus it was hypotheticals. I also managed to pull an impressive dyslexic on Cavani too. I'm going to blame autocorrect... but it seems an odd thing to correct to...

I'm assuming if all the super rich teams just buy players from each other then they can all dance around ffp. Though in my super trade mindset I guess it makes no sense for the fees to be so high in the first place. Luiz goes to page for 2.5m, vacani signs for Real Madrid for 2.5m, benzema signs for Chelsea for 2.5m. Jobs a good un.

It's not his fault, but hackworth insists upon playing both edu and Carroll in the same team. I'd prefer you took Carroll away, but I'm assuming that's not very likely.

Ffs please take edu

That 1 draw must've swayed it for them.

LEFT BACK IN THE CHANGING ROOMS

I heard Cameron's going to be left back.

I just took a quick look and the first thing I saw was someone offering him a "bullet in the head".

He chose to do something, knowing it would carry a certain punishment, hoping it would help his country, and it did. It's obviously a sneaky bastard way of winning a game, but would you do otherwise? He did something knowing he'd be punished, and he was punished. So yeah, I'd say he did nowt wrong. He did what we'd all do, and he didn't do anything daft like cause someone an injury. I'm good with it.

Let's take the ladbible down then. I'll hit them with a DDOS, you find out where they're headquartered and bomb the place.

feel like we're struggling to get this one over the line
