Nobody has said that. It's strange how the biggest positive being thrown around about this window is that we've not sold anyone, even though we've had no bids. Funny how some people's mind works. Whether or not we've had bids, not selling anyone is a positive. It means we still have our best players. But it's not an "achievement" if we literally had no other option. It shouldn't factor into any appraisal of this window because of that. Well I don't really care if it's an "achievement" or not, it's positive that none of our best players have left. Yeah, and i'm sure they as well as us expected far more quality through the door. If we are doing ok then fine, but if we struggle I expect a few itchy feet come January.

We overachieved even by the fans standards last season, so whilst we have that firm foundation we should have got 3 quality players early on to allow them to bed in during pre season. Now we are pinning our hopes that we don't loose someone and at the same time a club will cave in and take a low offer not much more than what they considered an insult in the firstplace. Not holding my breath.
