-
ignore that. I've been wound up.
-
ozil signed for man utd apparently. announced after today's game supposedly.
-
because thats what the score was.
-
I'm not here tomorrow I'm afraid mate. I've just watched the first team train. rio Ferdinand looks fit as a butchers dog.
-
3-0. Campbell taking the piss. watched barca destroy man utd this morning. barca were on another planet (as usual).
-
the Ginger kid is Campbell. he looks quality. we beat Psg 2-0 and are leading the second game 2-0 at half time. Campbell looks a right player.
-
You don't need to duck, I thought he was a class player. sorry, was on the wind up, thought you wanted him out after souness-gate. must have been someone else.
-
Absofuckinglutely. I don't think anyone will disagree. However, it is possible to have a different opinion on what will make a quality player for the team we've got. Talent, technique, skill, pace, flair. Team spirit doesn't do anything for any of those, and yet they're what we are missing in abundance. Ideally we want team spirit too, but quality always wins out in this league. I disagree. The winners in football always have team spirit. Teams with quality players that win nothing almost not. Robinho at Man City is a good case study. Robinho clearly didn't want to go there, and did so purely because of the money. s*** example. Nonetheless, name a success that wasn't built on team spirit... We're on about staying up man, not winning the f***ing league. speak for yasel ! [email protected]

yeah you are, you play man uitd at 9.30 tomorrow. im pretty sure this tournament is where wenger spotted cesc. man utd also signed the da silva twins after seeing them play here. At least he didn't spot Messi, which was in the same team IIRC... Didnt Messi's family have roots in barca or something as well? sure I read something about you moving his family over and funding his steroid prescriptions? Messi has relatives in Catalonia, from the same town Roberto Martínez is from. But his family moved over form Argentina when he trialed for Barça (they are back there now). And it was growth hormone, not steroids man same thing. It's not the same. Although people use both to increase muscle mass, a steroid it's not the same hormone. Giving steroids to a 13-yeard old boy would be just wrong, they are derived from male sexual hormones i was joking. my mistake.

Our survival is not dependent on a few players being good, more it relies on 5-8 players not being bad. Rock the boat with an individual like Ben Arfa, watch team morale drop, and watch NUFC drop down the league just like before. Geovanni 2008-9 season disagrees. good point.

a lot of man utd fans I know, and my cousin who is a coach there, disagree. they reckon fergie rates him. I'm sure they thought the same about Welbeck a year ago too and before him Eagles, Campbell, Simpson. Every Man Utd youngster is hyped up but few of them make it. We've already got players who looked better than Cleverley against the same opposition. If he wasn't on Man Utds books who would want him? Nobody. Ben Arfa is already well ahead with loads of European football experience and International caps. p.s - i dont recall any fans down here raving about campbell, simpson or eagles. wellbeck you may have a point, but then again, he's too young to say.

I agree. Naturally i'd like both, but 'd rather sign Ben Arfa, who by all accounts is equally if not more talented, then sign Cleverly and develop him for another club then hand him back.
