Christ, they're going on about our crowds and moaning that people mention them. That's strange as whenever they mention our crowds they make it out as if we didn't have any before Sky and you can guarantee that they would be important if theirs were bigger than ours. I had mates who supported them in the early 80's when they did have bigger crowds than us for a few years and I wasn't allowed to forget it even though I had never mentioned crowds when ours were bigger. They're so bong eyed.

I agree with that if he can stay relatively injury free, he'll always get knocks as he goes into situations where he's going to get clattered but we need someone to do that. I think he's intelligent enough to become very important to us.
-
That would be even better as long as we off-loaded him.

Na, so much has happened to the club since Rafa came that I think they're probably worth doing now rather than waiting until it's a distant memory. Ultimately the time to decide whether they're worth doing will be after reading them.

How's a Newcastle player impartial?
-
You don't have to buy them.

Snap mate and also Mark Douglas' book too! Here are the links; https://www.amazon.co.uk/Rafas-Way-Martin-Hardy/dp/1909245666 https://www.amazon.co.uk/Inside-Rafalution-Mark-Douglas-x/dp/1910335762 Thanks, I've now ordered the second one.

I'd buy one a week if I could.

I've just ordered Rafa's Way : The Resurrection of Newcastle United. I'm looking forward to receiving it in a couple of weeks.

Jesus Christ. Remember how they all laughed when we signed Murphy. Now they are all saying it'll be a good signing if they got him. It would be a good signing for us of they got him.
-
Same here, next season stay up and it's job done and we can then move on.
-
I couldn't care less what commentators say about us, I'm quite happy that they haven't got a clue.
-
I can't say that I've ever noticed that and it doesn't matter anyway. They're probably asked questions and simply answer them, the same will go for both sets of players.
-
It's all about opinions and we all have differing ones to a certain degree. I think he's a poor footballer but that doesn't make me right, it's just my opinion.
-
I would guess a lot of mackem players don't have a go at Newcastle because it's where they live.
-
Dummett does do his job, he's just not very good at it.
-
11 Dummetts and we're a pub team.

http://www.nufc.com/html/2015-16html/2016-03-05bournemouth-h.html The day his substitution was cheered by his own fans for one of the most pathetic 'displays' an NUFC player has ever put in. Hid from the start of that game to the second he was hauled off. That third last paragraph was accurate at the time, how wrong we all were.

When Villa scored I'd say that was the loudest I've ever heard SJP in my 35 years of going there. It was a totally diffferent roar to the one that greets a goal. From the Gallowgate it seemed to start over in the Milburn Stand, then into our end and around the East stand into the Leazes. Probably sounded totally different to people in other stands though. The best way to describe it would be like thunder that starts of as a deap rumble and just gets louder and louder because the storm is actually right above you! Remember turning to the bairn and he was just stood there with his hands covering his ears and a slightly scared look on his face! Class. When you watch that video like "We are the champions" sounds mint but mainly because of the Geordie accent. It's that deep "We". That's why the Dutch sound good with songs and the Scots and Germans. Absolutely bellows out. Was so bizarre that roar like. It must have came on the big screens did it? Cause for so many people to ust know at the same time was bizarre. It didn't come on the big screen, it happened because most people were phoning others as nobody could access a decent mobile data signal and couldn't get online for updates. Just seemed to be instantaneous. I think a lot of people just assumed it was correct after the minorities reactions too I don't think anybody assumed anything, especially after the false alarm in the first half. Most people near to me were either on their phone or huddled around somebody who was.

Anybody who tries to predict how next season is going to go for us is a moron, none of us have the slightest idea of the players we'll have. Talking about next season at this stage is moronic.

That actually looks like a self portrait.

Look North reckoned that sunderland had given away 20,000 tickets. Did I hear Dawn right ? I'm sure it was free entry.

I guess that's one of the relegation places booked for next season.
