Roeder isn't doing a bad job, he's just not good enough to take us to where we would like to be. He's taken over from a shite manager who had the team beaten before kicking a ball through his negativity. All Roeder has done is what most normal managers would do, he's got rid of the Souness negativity but has done nothing what-so-ever to suggest that he'd do a good job here. We are where we are because of one thing, we've seen off Souness. Roeder has failed in his three previous managerial jobs and would probably do the same here. He cocked up because he played too many players out of position when he only needed to move one. He cocked up because he couldn't come up with a game plan to beat Wagan reserves.
