To start with the same 11 who started last week and played most of the game with 10 men was stupidity. To leave the substitutions so late just compounded the original error.

Taylor, Butt, Geremi, Duff and Ameobi could have all started on the bench today if Kinnear had picked a different team. We didn't start with our best 11 and we left it far too late to make any changes, by the time the changes had been made the game had gone from us.

Keegan could have done something earlier if things were happening which he didn't like.

Keegan is as much to blame as anybody, it was his decision to go and he couldn't have done it at a worse time.

Butt should have been replaced in the first half and I thought Duff was supposed to be playing on the left, we got pissed all over on that side of the pitch for most of the game.

Nicky Butt had a good game today. A quality freekick and shocking defending from Taylor are what cost us the match. Nicky Butt was shite today, along with Duff.

Add Owen and Viduka and we're not as bad as some people think.

If we show the determination with 11 men the way we did with 10 against Man City then we'll be OK today.
