  1. Funny you should mention MON as he was the last person to phone Oliver.
  2. The lack of a name makes that one highly unlikely, to me anyway.
  3. I can understand why an agent might want to contact Oliver if he was going to name drop to try and put pressure on Chris Mort via the fans, the thing is that this hasn't happened which makes that scenario almost negligible.
  4. A club employee will be more secure than the local hack though.
  5. It was more fun for the agent to search for and find out who was the local hack, get his number and contact him to find out the mobile number for Mort, he didn't want to take the easy option.
  6. If true, another nail in our managers proverbial coffin.
  7. Some people need to get a grip here and think about what they are posting. If, for arguments sake I was Mourinho's agent and wanted to contact Chris Mort I'd ring the switchboard and tell whoever answered who I was and who I wanted to speak to. 1 of 2 things would happen, whoever answered the switchboard would either ring through to Chris Mort and tell him who I was and why I wanted to speak to him or would ask me for my number and would pass that on. Some lass answering a phone will not be making decisions about who does and who doesn't speak to the chairman, she'd lose her job if she was contacted by Mourinho's agent and failed to pass the message on. As for the "nasty" agent, he must also be as thick as shit because he forgot to mention to Oliver who he was representing, in doing so he's failed to do what he's supposed to have wanted to do, his clients name is still unknown so nobody is shouting for him to be taken on as manager.
  8. This thread is brilliant. I didn't think anybody would top the stupidity of Oliver but they have. I've just spent 20 seconds looking for and finding the club fax number, the phone number for the main switchboard and an e-mail form. I didn't even have to spend that much time working out the actual e-mail address of people at the club, anybody who has sent more than a couple of e-mails to people could work that one out yet we are to believe that a top agents first attempt was to contact Oliver.
  9. I'm doubting that his real name is Alan Oliver, everything else he says is shite.
  10. Excellent guess with the page number.
  11. What's the e-mail address for Sky Sports News? I could e-mail them the photographs from the paper and see if they use it against him.
  12. This is better, just in case anybody thinks I'm taking the piss. http://img141.imageshack.us/img141/151/olivershitemf8.th.jpg
  13. Here's a photo of the article. http://img141.imageshack.us/img141/4572/oliverpc2.th.jpg
  14. I wonder if it's worth contacting Sky Sports to give them the tip off and see if they try contacting Oliver for one of his TV appearances. I'd love to turn this back on him and make him look like he is, an idiot.
  15. Here it is. On the tail of secret agent: There is never a dull moment where Newcastle United are concerned. At the moment Sam Allardyce is under fire from a good percentage of United fans but chairman Chris Mort insisted to me at Stamford Bridge that they were happy with their manager. That was on Saturday night. On Sunday night I received a phone call from someone who works for one of the biggest agents in the world. He wanted Chris Mort's mobile number. On Monday the aforesaid top guy's representative contacted the United chairman who reported what he had told me at Chelsea. But then Chris Mort was suddenly given the name of someone who would like to manage Newcastle United. And I am told it nearly blew the chairman's socks off. I know the name of the top agent and his colleague who contacted me. But not the name of the would-be United manager. That has not stopped me wondering about it. The top man in question is friends with the Jose Mourinho camp. So has Jose been touted as Newcastle manager? Or Marcello Lippi, who is currently out of work? All I can say is watch this space.
  16. It's in the paper and under the heading "On the tail of secret agent." I might type it out if it doesn't come online and somebody begs.
  17. Oliver could get sacked over this if it's a lie and Mort goes to the editor with it.
  18. It doesn't appear to be online, he's probably hoping nobody reads it.
