Not because i don't rate him but because in the position he plays in we have Duff,Milner,Dyer, N'Zogbia and Solano as it stands. Should someone like Dyer be sold then he would be a decent replacement.

Getting respect from the players isn't about asking them for it or forcing them to give you it. Keegan had respect because of what he did as a player, SBR had respect because at the time he was a GREAT manager. I also think that because of the big personality, Sam will have the same respect when he walks into the changing room. Can't see alot of players going behind his back to the media or walking out on him but for all the right reasons.

The tea ladys best years are behind her. The standard of tea has dropped every year and for me is the reason behind our horrible injury record in recent years. I also believe her attitude towards the club has changed. She used to manage 6 cups in under 12 minutes, now she merely manages 3 cups and some hob nobs. I say the changes need to be ringed sooner rather than later.

TBF to Butt he was always committed to us. I think he just found it hard after losing against his old club. What he did wasn't the right thing to do but he has more than made up for it with his proffessionalism and attitude.
