Whats wrong with saying these, btw? Don't get me wrong Rocker most of it is true but i hate hearing it by every player and manager that comes through the door. I think it's to do with the fact that all of them come in and talk about the lack of trophies and we NEVER get any closer to the promise land. For once i would i either like to see: A. Someone come in and say "Cutt the crap, this is a potentailly big club but that counts for nothing we need to win games and prove it" or B. Come in, say all that stuff and actually deliever!

I've always been of the opinion that teams should always aim higher than what their fans expect. That way if sam comes in and rattles it into the players we can get into the champions league, when we fall short and into the uefa cup the seaon can be a big success. Like most people say improvements in defence and all round organisation will do me. We aint a million miles off UEFA cup as it is so i voted for it.

I'm looking forward to the likes of Parker, Emre, Dyer, Martins all getting defined roles in the team that can suit them and us. For me, all players that could be great with right coaching and the correct tactics.
