To be clear, losing Wilson is a blow but Isak in the team gives me massive confidence we can win. That's probably the most exciting front 3 we have played in ages.

Blessing in disguise IMO.

Fwiw, I don't think he has a long term future. He could have a belting end to the season and I'd still wager that he will be sold in the summer but if he can contribute a few goals and assists before then...

Hes definitely an arm around the shoulder player. Away from home, bit of space on the pitch. Fancy him here.

My hotel was 300ish for 2 nights (twin) and 130 for return for me and the laddie Sat-Mon. Booked it before Southampton second leg.

Alright guys don't all jump at once. Fuck sake. I'm honestly alright.

It will have been mentioned but is there a N-O meet up at trafalgar square? If so, I'd love to meet a couple of you guys and share a toast.

Just weighing in on the fairness thing... There is no fair because by having a fairness spectrum you'd really be asking who is the biggest fan? And no such thing exists. If I did exist, virtually everyone on this forum would be going to Wembley. I know ST holders who've had season tickets for 30 years but actually have little interest anymore and barely use their ticket. Should they go? What about some kid in Asia who is newcastle nutty but doesn't really have any chance of going? Or the guy who goes to every away game? Or the guy who wants to go to every away game but can't because he has a wife and kids? If you can't get tickets, your just as much a loyal fan as those who do. Just enjoy the day.

Got a question: I've used an account to get two tickets today as they qualified but I've got another ticket linked to the same account which only qualifies for the ballot tommorow. So will I be able to use my account tommorow to apply for the 3rd ticket? Despite using it today, to get the other two? Hope that makes sense.

Better than any signing. A stadium fit for purpose.

Them two touches when he set up Wilson were top draw.

The only question for me is if he can get the numbers. Not worried about his workrate or attitude or busy-ness. Can Eddie give him a cutting edge?
-
Aye, resting Trippier will solve our problems.

It might be controversial but I honestly think bringing Murphy in for a game on the right wouldn't hurt. He will put right foot crosses in and we know he does the press well. I'm saying all this, I'm fairly certain that Howe will start the same side next week.

I haven't reflected much on yesterday's match but what I will say is this: That game was coming, and we were lucky we got an early goal because we didn't look like scoring for the rest of the game IMO. On the other hand, we didn't give West Ham a sniff in the second half. Worth remembering that West Ham have a top 8 squad. Loads of quality, so despite their league position, it was never going to be easy. ASM was awful, I mean truly awful. I've seem some defending him but why? Why can't we call a spade a spade without having an alternative motive. He was shite and will be lucky to be in the team next week. My main view is that this team has been in need of an injection of energy for a while. Miggy, Bruno and Wilson have looked jaded. So long as the defence is unchanged, I wouldn't be opposed to starting Isak, ASM, Gordon or even Murphy, just to give us a spark. Something offensively needs to be tweeked. Give Miggy a rest and see if we can reboot him. We've lacked cutting edge for a while. We are in a great place. Something needs adjusted, that's all.

I'd be very tempted to go for this at Bournemouth: Back four Longstaff Willock Miggy Isak Joelinton Wilson Let's get Wilson and Isak on the pitch together.

He's been shocking. Get rid before other clubs twig on to his weaknesses. Sick of him.
