Perhaps we should try and do what Chelsea have done, try to bring in a coach who has an international job, already and is willing to take on the job short term, and may just be able keep us up, I cannot see anyone taking the job full time at the moment, with Joe on his sick bed; it does not look good to sack a guy because he is sick, you just cannot treat people like that, and then expect someone to step into the job.

Changing the manager will not make any difference. Who is going to take the job? The simple fact is the players we have are not good enough.

We need to get players into the club that can, play most weeks (not cry of injured) pass the ball to one another. Defend correctly and a midfield that can create and score goals. Until those basics are done it does not matter who owns the club or who is manager. Everyone wants to blame the owner or manger but the simple fact is the players we have are not good enough. It will take many years to turn the club around.

Shay has given the club good service over the years, with the club been in the mess that it is. I think it owes him the chance to leave and better himself if he wishes.

Does not matter about protesting, the simple fact is the players we have are not good enough. We lost again today against a very poor side. Our passing is poor; we struggle to open up teams. All teams need to do is stop Owen and they know we struggle to score. The team needs overhauling, and that is going to take several years, but no manger will ever get the chance to do that.

I may be wrong but I thought that they was some agreement where you had to wait till the end of the season before you could talk to another premier league team.

I go to all the home games, it has been a good season making the champions league final, and making the world club championships. I just hope Adelaide end the season on a high and , finish top of the league Then go on to win the grand final.
